01:20my parent greatly appreciate the beautiful scenery from the room window and they find the staff very

01:25attentive and the environment safe exactly what i expected from a traditional ryokan experience

01:30what an experience such a gracious and traditional place in hakone so thankful for making our experience

01:37so beautiful the ryokan is about three minutes walking from suenzen cable car station and it is

01:42convenient get to they do free pickup from the cable car station as well if needed our family

01:48stayed in three rooms on the fourth floor the ryokan is generally very clean it being old you

01:53do see a bit of spider webs here and there but there is no concern for being clean we sleep on tatami's

01:59and it is generally conformable there are two public bath one on third floor and one on the fourth

02:04floor both with an indoor hot spring and two outdoor bathtub the two hot springs switches between

02:10men's and women's at 7 a.m and 7 p.m you can soak in onsen whenever you want to through the night

02:16dinner is at 6 p.m the food was good and tasty while you enjoy the dinner the room is converted to a

02:23bedroom breakfast is at 8 a.m and is equally 10 coarse and tasty the room is converted to daytime use

02:29when you have breakfast the onsen is not very busy and occasionally have two to three other people

02:34it is a good place to stay there was an authentic old school vibe that created a wonderful experience

02:40for us staff was amazing in the convenient location to bus stop and cable cars and gondola to visit the

02:46small towns along that route and lake isha was perfect it's how we saw mount fuji a highlight of

02:51our two-week trip to japan the food was absolutely amazing all staff was exceptionally kind and helpful

02:58kaiseki and onsen were top notch we stayed for two nights and were always looking forward to the next

03:03meal the lady who was in charge of our food prep gave the best service just wow we found the location

03:10kind of harder to get to either by cable car or ropeway only so one time we had to make sure that

03:16we were back before the last ride room size for four was great and futon was very comfortable the service

03:22was excellent it had the feel of a traditional ryokan with meals served in your room there are no

03:27elevators so it might be difficult for guests with mobility issues very attentive staff dinner and

03:33breakfast amazing very nice highly recommended it was great tatemo no kafirui karasekatsu on

03:39kachini narukatawa chui
