01:03that you're working in as a platform to achieve your aspirations so why I'm

01:07saying this is because I always ask that question because I find that you know in

01:12terms of leading it's it's you can't really lead by dragging you have to lead

01:18by aligning people to that common goal and it's finding what everyone's

01:24aspirations are and making sure that the platform and they're with whether in

01:30other words the company they work in has this mission or focus which is aligned

01:36to them and when you have that then it's a lot easier this is really you know when

01:42you have that heart so to speak when you when you have that passion of what you

01:45want to do then it's a case of setting the strategies in place
