00:06Yes? I think you do have to. Emma, congratulations. That was an absolute marathon.

00:12Over two and a half hours. How are you feeling?

00:15I mean, I don't feel great. I mean, I would have felt worse if I would have lost that match,

00:20but I was struggling today, really struggling from the start.

00:23But I was playing CNU, who's a tough opponent, so you can take the racket out of your hands.

00:27And, yeah, I was really just flat, but I'm really happy to have kind of found a way.

00:33And I think opening rounds are never easy.

00:35And, yeah, I haven't been here in three years, so I think it was just a combination of a lot of things.

00:40But, yeah, happy to have got through at least.

00:42As you say, such a battle when you lost the second set.

00:45How important was it to regain the momentum early in the third?

00:47Yeah, it was extremely important, I think, especially when you're, you know, not exactly feeling very energetic.

00:52So I just knew I had to start well, because that would give myself, like, the best chances to kind of keep fighting

00:59and keep going for every point.

01:01And, yeah, I managed to kind of get a good lead.

01:03So when I lost serve at the end, it was not the end of the world.

01:06But, yeah, happy to have broken that.

01:08But how many positives can you take from a match like today?

01:11Yes, you're not feeling great.

01:12There's all this other stuff.

01:13But at the end of the day, you got through.

01:15Yeah, I think I can take positives in the fact that, you know, I'm sure, like, a lot of top champions, top players,

01:22they've, you know, in the first round, saved match points, really struggled.

01:26But they've given themselves another opportunity in the draw another match, despite how they're feeling.

01:31And I think that is a big quality that is not necessarily, I guess, easy to teach.

01:36Whereas, like, a shot is, I mean, easier to kind of work on.

01:39Whereas character and heart and fight that I think really came through today.

01:42And I'm very proud of that.

01:43And just lastly, before we let you go, Igas Viontech in the next round, how excited are you about that opportunity?

01:49Yeah, I mean, I'm very happy to have given myself another chance in the draw.

01:54I think, like, I felt the noise around the match, like, before even playing our first round.

02:02Obviously, like, not much pressure on me, but I'm looking forward.

02:06I think my game is actually in a pretty good place.
