00:11The policy will be enforced on the following circumferential and radial roads.
00:15CCTV cameras will be used to record vehicles that commit traffic violations.
00:20The recordings will be reviewed and validated by the MMDA,
00:23then the vehicle's registration record will be verified through the Land Transportation Office.
00:28The verified vehicle information will be encoded to the ANCAP system,
00:32and a notice of violation will be printed and sent to the violator's address.
00:36Fines can be paid online through Land Bank or at the MMDA Redemption Office in Pasig City.
00:41If the fine is not paid, the vehicle's license plate will be included in the LTO's alarm list.
00:46The public may contest the notice of violation online through the MMDA Traffic Adjudication Division
00:51or at the MMDA's office in Pasig City.
