00:06After the celebrations witnessed yesterday, will you be able to field the team against Brighton?

00:10Yeah, no, we'll field the team.

00:12Look, I, you know, as I've got older and I used to be a bit different,

00:18but I really feel you need to celebrate your achievements properly

00:23and that was kind of my message to the boys that, you know, it's really important

00:29because it's important for them because they've, ones that have achieved it

00:34and they've done it in a very difficult way, it's important for the people around them

00:38because then they can relax and enjoy it as well

00:40and it's important to make the experiences, you know, as memorable as possible

00:45so that, you know, when I ask them to climb the mountain again, there's a reason for it, you know,

00:50and fair to say they took my words literally

00:54and certainly enjoyed themselves over the last couple of days

00:58and, you know, like all parties, there's always one family member that embarrasses you

01:06and you want to keep control of, but fair to say we had a couple of those

01:12but again, it doesn't make them bad people

01:14and they're probably the first ones you re-invite to the next party

01:18so the boys are all good, we'll be good tomorrow.

01:21Any insight into those moments?

01:22No, I mean, I sort of stayed right away from it

01:26but I just love seeing the boys, like I said, it's important the boys celebrate

01:30look, we've been through a lot

01:32and it's part of sort of how I think you create this kind of winning mentality

01:38and bond because, like I said, you know, I'm sure when they reflect

01:45they'll obviously reflect on the game and the feelings afterwards

01:47but even the aftermath of that, you know, the last 20, sort of 48 hours

01:51and the parade yesterday was just unbelievable

01:53all those things I think are important.

01:57The best TV series usually bring out a trailer

02:00what can Spurs fans expect from season three?

02:04Not sure, I should have thought about it a bit more

02:06because as somebody rightly pointed out

02:08sometimes they kill off the main character

02:09so I could be in strife there

02:12Yeah, look, I, you know, I said sort of even before the game

02:18that I really believe we're just building something

02:21but, you know, a significant win accelerates that

02:25and I really believe that's the case

02:29and I'm not going to put a limit on what we can achieve

02:31but I certainly believe that it's exciting

02:34the possibilities of next year

02:36knowing I've got a group of players now

02:37and staff and a club

02:39that knows what it takes to win

02:41and wants more of it.

02:45Look, the trophy, Champions League football

02:48fan and player connection looking very strong

02:51what has Daniel Levy said to you

02:53about being the main character next season?

02:55Can you now confirm you will be the main character next season?

02:57No, look, I haven't had any discussions

02:59similar to before the game

03:01I haven't had any discussions with the club

03:03you know, like I said before the game

03:05maybe they were just waiting for sort of clear air

03:08to kind of give me some guidance

03:11but I haven't heard anything from the club.

03:13Is there still a chance either scenario happens?

03:16Because it now feels, does it not feel

03:17almost like that would be a hugely brave call?

03:21I haven't given, you know, I haven't given a lot of thought

03:24but as I said, I just refuse to be distracted by anything

03:30in terms of the opportunity that was before us

03:32and since the game I just wanted to take the opportunity

03:34also to enjoy that as well

03:36so I haven't thought about it

03:38I assume at some point somebody will tell me something

03:40or if not I'm just going to roll up next year

03:42and I'll be a bit like Costanzo from Seinfeld

03:48I'll just sit in the desk and just get on with my job.

03:57How would you sum up, from your point of view

03:59how the last couple of days has been

04:01if you could sum up in one word

04:02what word would you use?

04:05Yeah, hard to sort of pin down

04:07because you go through all the sort of range of emotions

04:11I think just tremendous pride more than anything else

04:13because I, it's fair to say

04:16we've had a real tough time this year

04:18and I've said it quite a few times

04:23that could have made my position really, really difficult

04:27more difficult than people even may imagine

04:31because I could have felt very sort of isolated

04:37but, you know, the fact that this group of players

04:40and the staff that I work closely with

04:43just stayed true and still believed in me

04:47it's just tremendous pride to see that

04:50then come to fruition in something so special

04:53and that's why I just love sitting back

04:57and watching the players, the staff, our supporters

05:00all just, you know, rejoicing

05:03like I said, obviously you take on a great responsibility

05:08when you take over, you know, as a manager of any football club

05:11there's a lot resting on your shoulders

05:13and I can tell you every manager

05:15whoever sort of is fortunate enough to win something

05:19he'll tell you the first feeling you have more than anything else

05:21is just relief, you know, relief that

05:23all the burden you've carried has been rewarded

05:28The Europa League win does make up for the form in the league

05:33have you had a sense from the players

05:35going into this final game of the season

05:37that they don't want to finish in 17th

05:39because you can still finish above West Ham and Manchester United?

05:43Yeah, look, you know, it's not through the lack of will or trying

05:46but, you know, as I said, it hasn't been easy

05:49because, you know, I'm making seven or eight changes every game

05:52you know, guys don't have a rhythm

05:54there's no connections and, you know, we've suffered

05:57but even withstanding that, we should have been better

05:59so, look, tomorrow is about, you know

06:01we know the fans are going to come to the ground

06:03you know, continuing to celebrate

06:05we still want to make it a good day for them

06:07we want to perform well

06:08we want to make sure that, you know, we finish the season off strong

06:12and, you know, we know we need to address our league form

06:17I still believe where we are is not a true reflection

06:20of, you know, who we are as a team

06:21but within that context, we still need to be better

06:24and that's what we'll try and do tomorrow

06:25and how are the players like in training today?

06:28I mean, did you get a sense from them in training today

06:30that they are desperate to be on the pitch tomorrow

06:32to be in front of the fans one last time this season?

06:35Some of them

06:36I had to push a few out there

06:38but I think by the end of training

06:41I think they're all keen to get back out there

06:43and perform well

06:44there will be a couple of absences

06:46I'm sure you should have mentioned that

06:48but Romero, he's been struggling with his toe for quite a while

06:51so we'll leave him out

06:52and probably Sonny as well

06:53because his foot's still not healed

06:55I mean, they both sort of made a massive effort

06:57to get to the final

06:57Basuma got a knock in the game

07:00so he's kind of 50-50 at the moment

07:04but the rest of them, physically anyway, are okay

07:09Yeah, there's always those kind of stories

07:23whenever it happens

07:24we'd love for Deky to be there

07:26because he was a big part of our season

07:28a big part of what we did

07:33and played such a crucial role for us

07:36and Bodo away just to get to the final

07:38so I would have loved for him to experience that

07:41but what it does do, I know

07:45is it'll fuel him even more

07:47he'll be even more determined

07:48the next time he's going to be there

07:50and that's only going to be a good thing for us

07:52You've mentioned numerous times this season

07:54the bond the players share

07:55what does winning a European tail do to that bond?

07:58because now they're linked together forever

08:00It does, it is significant

08:03they are forever connected now

08:05irrespective of what their futures hold

08:08they're always going to be connected

08:10they'll always have the 90 bill bow

08:12they'll always be the ones that broke the drought

08:15and hopefully there isn't another drought like it

08:19and they'll always be remembered for that

08:21but I think it does bring them closer

08:23which again, as I was saying before

08:25that's how you create a winning culture

08:26because I'm sure they want to experience it again

08:28together as a group, you know

08:29they want to have another moment

08:31they want to have another night

08:32like Bill Bow

08:33they want to lift another trophy

08:34they want to have another parade

08:35they probably want to go out again

08:37all those kind of things

08:39I think it does unite them

08:42to an even greater extent

08:56but again, without myself

09:06we put him in a real difficult position

09:11who hadn't played a lot

09:12probably wasn't fit enough

09:14but he's handled it really well

09:15and I think he's been a really important contributor for us

09:19and he'll definitely play tomorrow

09:24and I'm sure their decisions will kind of look into post-season
