01:08Ice Shards does finish the job, but still, favor going the way of BetBoom, GPK is going

01:14So far so good, it's not because Nisha doesn't play a mean prophet, he's very good at it,
01:17but it's very different if this hero is not on a carry player that's a true expert at
01:22it, like Mckay is, in the way Liquid play.
01:24So far we haven't seen much of Nisha this game.
01:27Save denies a rune, it might cost him his life, but the Wukong's come in from the other
01:29side on GPK.
01:30Will he get the trades?
01:31It's a one for one to Stars, and Stainy just dies to the Soldiers, and GPK not able to
01:36pursue any further as Boxy will end up going past his ancient stack, which I believe Miura
01:42will just casually take here in a moment.
01:44Indeed that is, oh my god, Boxy almost dies just to that alone, Miura wasn't even aware
01:50that he was there.
01:51Nice sidestep again, Chakram's up in just a moment, the whip, not quite enough, a nice
01:55snowball, but VTune is here, he's going to be brought back as well, and Miura just casually
02:01takes out Boxy, job done, although the Dragontail comes out, Boxy applied to Kataomi, free fire
02:07not going to finish him off, a nice whip on the three heroes, uses the whoopie cushion
02:11as well, Kataomi getting slowed just a bit, oh my, they have to Ice Blast him to kill

02:43Boxy gets hexed by Save, and that is a lot of damage from Miura, TP is going to be cancelled
02:48and Insania will be left to his own devices, so two kills for Betboom again, and both of
02:53which going to the Monkey King, so GPK has the Diffusal Blade.
03:00I don't see the obvious way for them to set up fights unless they're relying on this sort
03:04of Atos play from Saberlight to set up a Dragontail, but I think you're already digging kind of
03:10deep, so Liquid's way to come back in this is a strong counterplay, it's got to be it,
03:17bait someone, land your spells.

03:49Now Boxy, seemingly always the one trying to run away, will make it difficult on the
03:54side of Betboom, nice fake out on the Boundless Strike, and now they will ensure yet another
03:58kill goes their way.
04:00So that was an attempted counterplay from Liquid on initiation, kind of like expected,
04:05but it's just stupid hard.
04:07Still two tier twos up on the side of Liquid, and we'll see what Betboom can get out of
04:12this Aegis.
04:14Saberlight with Meteor Hammer, just to make sure that it works, doesn't hit it of course,
04:19but is he actually already going for a Rapier, is it?
04:23This combo on Tiny is just not possible to hit, right?
04:25He tried to go for the Atos into Hammer, but Tiny has Insurmountable.
04:28Oh, they know, save, spotted out, a blast can be avoided thanks of course to GPK comes
04:33in, trying to get off the Wukong's command, but the Walrus Punch was there, it's taking
04:37a lot of damage, GPK, finally the Wukong's coming with the extra armor, trying to fight
04:41his way out of it onto Boxy, but he drops, it's a trade though.
04:45Now the Medusa Saberlight stuck in the wrong place, wrong time, okay, I think they thought

04:51Still alive, ladies and gentlemen, finally will be taken out, so it's a two for one technically
04:57in favor of Betboom in terms of the numbers, and the Agni Scepter already picked up by
05:00Miero, very tanky, will have to pop the BKB, will blow up to zero damage as V2 pops the
05:04BKB as well, but they're not going to pursue any further, so a support and an offlaner
05:10for, I mean, GPK was on a huge streak, so, this is why I was going to ask you, you know,
05:17I like to give GPK a hard time, but you give him the Aegis, I know that all things considered
05:23equal you would want to give it to the Tiny, I get it, but it's GPK, he's going to die,
05:28you know.
05:29Yeah, I think that moment was avoidable, I think they maybe dove a little bit too aggressively,
05:33but the ultimate outcome I think is still completely fine inside of Betboom.

06:29As much as they try, Liquid just don't really have the damage and they don't have the way
06:33to set the fights on their terms, so again, not to sound like a broken record, but probably.

07:29From the side of Between, just to retreat for the time being, GPK's going to try to
07:32join the fight, and he does so successfully.
07:35And this might be the beginning of the end of Liquid in this game, although they do take
07:38out one, and that's a big one on GPK, but it's going to cost them.

07:44Four staff on the Saberlight.
07:46Do they have the damage?
07:49Really without the Monkey King, this is a lot harder kill than it looks like.
07:52And it's a buyback on to Nisha as well.
07:55They really want to try to fight this out.

07:58Yeah, the TPs are pretty successful, but Kiritic gets taken out along with Kataomi,
08:04so the buybacks came out from Liquid, and there's the creepwave doing a really good
08:11job of blocking.
08:12And I think Kiritic has to try to fight his way out of this, but he's going to be surrounded
08:16by both trees and enemy members of the side of Liquid.
08:22So I'm actually really interested to see what the fight recap is here.
08:25I think it's pretty even, but the profit buyback is super expensive.
08:29So yeah, pretty much.
08:32Potentially win a fight down the stretch.
08:33But as you said, this was a good showcase of why Medusa is a good pick this game, is
08:37once the Monkey King is out of the picture, Saberlight is more or less invincible against
08:41these heroes.
08:42But he's in the picture now.

09:37I don't think Liquid were going to be able to execute this defense, but they were trying

09:42So honestly, credit to BetBoom for making the read.
09:45But I don't think this was a fight they were going to lose, personally.
09:47But maybe they just think, we're going to get this later anyway.
09:50He's going to tank the gank, the Shard.
09:52He can force that.
09:53Will keep him alive a little bit longer.

11:41He's surrounded, but he has the ability to get back to the high ground.
11:44Boundless Strike not going to hit, but still the buildings will melt here.

11:52Might have to do that right here as that Avalanche is going to do so much work.

11:57Now the buildings will follow suit.

12:03You can see Roshan's Banner of Play, so now the creeps will not be going anywhere.
12:08This is going to be a second lane in favor of BEDBOOM.
12:12In the meantime, one little boy to take the top melee racks for Team Liquid.
12:17So it is a two for two on the racks, but the buybacks are big.
12:21They're going to come in here.
12:22BEDBOOM are kind of all in with the Shaman buyback, too.
12:24They just want to try to push an end.
12:26Ice Blast not going to really hit anything.
12:29It's going to clip Kiritic.
12:30He's going to get a beautiful stun into the dragon.
12:32He's taking a massive amount of damage.
12:34GPK deletes him.

12:51You can see the Tiny trying to defend his base as Miero and company, they're going to
12:54have to back away.
12:55So mission was not successful here for BEDBOOM, and GPK on the tree line.

13:01He's going to actually jump on top of VTUNE.

13:20It did create a little bit of space, but that's a lot of burst damage from Miero on top of

13:27He's going to live thanks to the escape arts.
13:31And now the instant toss, the triple toss, the deletion of Saberlight.
13:36And surely that's going to do it.
13:38Ancient is exposed.
13:39Only one member up from Liquid, and GG is called.
13:42It started out as an absolute mega stomp, and somehow turned into a pretty exciting
13:48finish.
13:49Damn, this became a 47-minute game, and that wasn't that far off of being a Liquid win.
13:54If they somehow could have structured this last defense a little bit better and got,
13:59let's say, one die back forced out on the side of that boom, every hero Liquid killed
14:02had buyback, one by one by one.
14:04So they never killed the same hero twice back to back.
14:06Well, let's take a look.
14:08Team Liquid has very limited time available to decide where they want to go with their
14:12final pick.
14:13It will be a ranking.
14:14That is, I believe, a V2 special.
14:17That's a hero I always believe in more in the offlane myself.

14:56Oh, V2 summoned the Skeletons, but couldn't get the stun off on Save.
14:59Yep, has no mana.
15:00He's going to get skewered out, and it's going to take a shock to his system.
15:04His mirror actually has to walk away because the Skeletons are going to finish him off
15:07if he's not careful.
15:08But Save, as we see, does get the last hit on the V2.
15:12It will be a trade.
15:14One Ent goes the way of Insania, so one for one trade.
15:17But obviously if you're Liquid, you're still not going to feel too good about it.
15:26Can GPK break six before the rune?
15:27He cannot.
15:29So this will be no Pango fight if it were to break out.
15:32A lot of heroes here.

15:37GPK, as you said, Rolling Thunder at the ready.
15:41Going to stun two members of Liquid.
15:42Actually gets stuck a little bit here, so a little awkward from Bedboom.
15:46Not going to apply any pressure to Nisha.

15:49A big swashbuckle comes out, as well as a shield crash.

15:52Will be the trade for the Rasta again.
15:54A little whiff this time to Insania.
15:56And GPK not able to really finish the job here.

16:04But ends up resulting in a support for support.
16:07That's always fun to see Pango against Shaker.
16:08It makes for some interesting moments with, you know, you have like your muscle memory
16:12of how you're rolling, and then there's a fissure kind of in the way.
16:14And can get a little bit dicey.

16:18He's not going to outplay this.
16:20Yeah.
16:21He might deny himself, though.
16:22He's trying, but GPK can't be patient.
16:29At bottom lane.
16:30Kills Saberlight, too.
16:32Again, pretty good start for Bedboom.

16:35It's only a 1k lead, though.
16:38Because I think if you have enough utility coming from your offlane Terrorblade, you
16:41do have the damage.
16:44And Orchid can definitely have a big impact on this game.
16:50GPK not able to get the rune here.
16:52Boxy will be taking the Arcane.
16:53Bixia might not be too happy about that.

16:59Can actually isolate the Tiny a bit, as the Rolling Thunder is going to be used to full

17:12And Bedboom now grouping up to likely take out this Tier 1 tower.

17:46They have the toss from Nisha, but, oh, was tossed on a teammate in GPK, trying to get
17:52into the pit for a little bit of extra maneuverability.
17:54Not going to be the case, though.
17:55So a kill finally going the way of Liquid in this very long and awkward engagement.
17:59Miero, no skewer for eight seconds, so he's going to be food for VTune.
18:05Do you still buy Blink on position one Abbey?
18:09I think most of the time, if you want reach, you get Harpoon.
18:16But you definitely can buy Blink.
18:20I wouldn't mind it here if you can play your hero as almost a shaker counter, in a way.
18:27By getting Dagger, you just Blink into the back line and Radiance him out of the fight.
18:32That could be an interesting way of enabling your teammates.
18:36That's a homie.
18:37Orchid applied.
18:38That should provide enough time to clean him up.

19:44And that is enough to eventually take out Kiritage.

19:48They're going to be able to take out the Rasta in tow.
19:51Miro with the Skewer.
19:52That is life number one for VTune.
19:54He will take out the Magnus with the Radiance.
19:59Now VTune versus GPK as Katayomi gets deleted by Boxxy.
20:05And this is one by one they fall.
20:07Now GPK in a one versus two.
20:09Shield crash in one second.
20:11They get the Aegis.
20:13Not enough mana for Fissure.
20:16Using the Horsea.
20:17That shield crash again and the Swash.
20:20So this times out a bit as Boxxy is there with the Enchant Totem, but he gets to the
20:24high ground in time.
20:25Uses the Fusil Blade, but he's going to get run down eventually.
20:28Big kill for Liquid and that's a full team wipe effectively.
20:32Cost them a lot, but that was a really back-and-forth fight.
20:39Getting a ton of value out of the Wraith King in this fight in particular.
20:42Just VTune.
20:43When you're off laners terribly, there's less pressure on you to really get there with high
20:48damage output.
20:49Play more of a set up, catch, control type of build and you can tell he's going Octarine
20:57next.
20:58It's like a support, but you have fun.

21:03It's a scaling support build in a way.
21:08Looking at Octarine, Wind Waker.
21:10Saberlight that instant Orchid.
21:11Rolling Thunder from GPK though.

21:39He gets the kill onto Boxy.

21:42With Abaddon having very low HP, they are able to find Wraith King, but the Armlet toggles
21:46are there from VTune staying alive.
21:50Will blink away, and now just farming in the midst of this battle.
21:53And the TP out from Miero is successful.
21:56Nisha mules onto Rasta, so another support bites the dust.
22:02Oh, Ephotic Shield and okay.
22:06The heal comes out from Kiritic.
22:07Save.
22:08Ah, the toss is there.
22:10Eventually they get the kill that they came for.
22:13Will cost them a support though again as Kiritic.
22:15He actually had enough time to get back to Fountain.

22:20And Nisha, they're burning to this Radiance.
22:22VTune continuing to Armlet toggle to a high degree.
22:24Nisha gets to the high ground, thinks he's safe, but Kiritic with the blink dagger will
22:29finish the job.
22:30And now Saberlight has to be a bit careful.
