00:00Hi, I am very well. Thank you. How are you?
00:07Hi, I am doing good. So ma'am, it's been a long journey since two weeks you've been here.
00:13So what's your best memory so far?
00:15My favorite memory so far has to be when we went to Pocham Valley village
00:23where they taught us the whole process of making saris from the silk saris to the cotton saris.
00:32So I think that was the most memorable. They even showed us a fashion show of how different ways that they can style saris.
00:40Yeah, so it was a beautiful experience.
00:42I've had many memorable experiences here, but one that really hits home is when we visited AIG Hospital
00:51and they showed us different ways that they are innovating and looking for ways to prevent diseases.
01:00And their use of AI was really impressive.
01:03But for me personally, I was really happy to come and visit one of the hospitals
01:08that many of my people back home in South Sudan come to and get treatment.
01:14That's one thing I really love about India is their hospitality and accommodation.
01:22And the fact that we are able to come and receive quality health care in Telangana.
01:27Is there any culture or food or tradition that surprised you so far?
01:31That surprised you so far?
01:33I would say I found the food very spicy and typically in South Sudan, I enjoy spice.
01:43I would I even eat the chilies as a snack or as a side to whatever I'm eating.
01:50But since coming here, I've not been able to eat any of the spicy food.
01:54So that was a surprise.
01:56But what really impressed me was the hospitality and the kindness everybody has shown us throughout this entire experience.
02:06Is there any specific diet plan to be followed?
02:09A specific diet plan?
02:11Could you reveal the secrets, please?
02:13Well, Miss World is a once in a lifetime experience.
02:18So for me personally, I didn't want to restrict myself.
02:23And so I've made sure to try everything and to savor every moment of this experience.
02:30Apart from beauty, what are the other parameters that would be considered to participate in Miss World, ma'am?
02:35Apart from beauty, there's character and brains.
02:39Yeah, so and beauty with a purpose is the heart of Miss World.
02:43What inspired you the most to participate in Miss World?
02:46What really drew me to Miss World is their heart, which is beauty with a purpose.
02:52Growing up in a foreign country, I grew up in Canada.
02:57So I was, as a refugee, I was vulnerable to different kinds of experiences.
03:07But it was people like beauty with a purpose who reached out and who inspired and who supported and who empowered me to become who I am today.
03:18So who is your role model?
03:20My role model?
03:21Well, I would say personally, as a personal role model, I would say my mom.
03:28Her resilience and her perseverance has been a guiding light for me throughout my life.
03:34And as a public figure, I would say Nelson Mandela because his compassion and his heart for peace and kindness really touched me.
03:51I have so many angles of watching this event and watching you.
03:54They will take as an inspiration.
03:56So could you share any words or suggestions?
03:58I would say that you are more than capable than you think.
04:03You are stronger than you think.
04:05And whatever challenges you are facing, know that you are able to get through it.
04:12And by the time you bypass it, you will see that this challenge was a learning experience.
04:18So don't give up.
04:19Don't be discouraged.
04:20And believe in yourself.
04:22Believe that you can face anything in this world.
04:27Did you make any friends over here?
04:28Oh, I made many friends.
04:30So I've made, I'd say I have now 108 sisters.
04:35Yeah, so it's been a really wonderful experience.
04:38What's the most thing that would come to your mind when you think about India?
04:42When I think about India, the first thing that comes to mind is a smile.
04:48Yeah.
04:49Whenever I meet Indians across the world, even in Canada, the first thing I see is their very kind and beautiful smile.
04:55And then the second thing is their hospitality and kindness.
04:59Yeah.
05:00Have you seen any Indian movies and who is your Indian superstar?
05:04I've seen many Indian movies, but personally, I enjoy Indian dramas.
05:10So that's what I used to watch with my sister-in-law.
05:14And our favorite was Deviya Drishti and Strings of Love.
05:19So I can't name the actors, but one that I always remember is Shahrukh Khan.
05:29I've known of him since I was a kid, so yeah.
05:33So have you seen any Shahrukh Khan films?
05:35No, but he's just very widely known.
05:39I've not seen many of his films, yeah.
05:41So you've been in Telugu land since two weeks.
05:43So did you learn any Telugu words?
05:45No, I'm sorry.
05:47But I would say, I just say, Zarurana.
05:50You know, Telangana Zarurana.
05:52On a funny note, I'll utter a Telugu famous movie dialogue.
05:55So could you repeat it once for the viewers?
05:57Okasari Kamutayte.
05:59Okasari Kamutayte.
06:00Okasari Kamutayte.
06:01Naamata Nene Venano.
06:03Wait, what does it mean?
06:05It means if I decide at once, I wouldn't listen to anyone.
06:09Okay.
06:10Can you repeat the words for me?
06:11Okasari Kamutayte.
06:13Okasari Kamutayte.

06:23Ok, well, I love the meaning behind it.
06:26Which is, I will do anything I set my mind to, right?
06:29Yes.
