00:00Hello everyone, welcome back and thank you very much for watching all the videos and
00:07thank you very much if you haven't subscribed, it's free of charge, the choice is yours,
00:11I want to keep it that way. Now what we're doing today, we're going to be opening up
00:15our software. So, we open our software, we want to be able to add, if you look inside
00:21here, you'll notice I've got two pictures in here, what I've done, I'm just going to
00:25left click, hold it and drag it, put it back in there, I'll show you. Okay, all you want
00:32to do here, you see these photos, you want to add these photos into this page, into our
00:39home page. If we open our book, look, we don't have, we don't have no photos and also, if
00:47you look at the text, it's on the left hand side, by default it automatically goes on
00:52the right hand side. Okay, great. We want it in the centre. So, first of all, I'm just
00:58going to change the text for you so it's nice and easy. So, we'll change the text, we'll
01:02put it into the centre and then we're going to give the ability so we can change the size
01:07of it, change the size of the letters inside of our code. That's how we're going to do
01:14it. And then, what I'm going to tell you to do, you can do this first if you want to,
01:18this file here is for the images, it's called img, it's actually a command inside of the
01:25program. So, go here, right click, just go anywhere in the web app, right click, come
01:32down the menu and go add new. Click add new, when it comes in, just add the name img. Right,
01:39I'm going to delete that. Okay, click your photo, hold it, left click, hold it, drag
01:45it. Okay, left click, hold it, drag it. And then you're opening, okay. Now, that's what
01:50it's called. So, this is what the name is called and this is what it's called. You can
01:54call the name whatever you want. Now, when you run the book, the book will be looking
02:00for a specific name for a specific picture. So, let's say, I don't know, let's say you
02:05had a tin of beans and a tin of carrots. Then, of course, give them the proper name, whatever
02:11it is. It could be a homepage, an index page, it could be anything, you get the idea. Just
02:16make sure you just click on it, just click on it, like that, and then just rename it.
02:21Or you can right click on it and it can come down. I'll show you this, let me put this
02:25on the page for you. Just right click on it, right click, come down the menu, go to rename
02:31and rename it like that. Okay, let's start our work. Open the book, bring it into the
02:38page so you can see what's going on. I don't know why it keeps going, there's a lot of
02:41pages to look for. Okay, go here. Go to your desktop, make sure you always start fresh.
02:46So, go here, browser, this is the backup, go open. When it opens, go to content, click
02:54on it, you have to click it twice and it opens. This is our very simple code. You're thinking,
02:59well, yeah, this was our very first piece of code that we put in here, this one and
03:04this one. I'm thinking, great. And then we added some names to it so we can see. Okay,
03:09so we are going to change it because we want to be able to customize it. Now, what you
03:16first want to do is go to the end of this, if you want to. Okay, now first we're going
03:22to move the text into the center. Now, do you remember the little code that we put on
03:26here? This one, this little code here. I'm going to give you another little code. You've
03:30got to put it at the beginning and you've got to put it at the end. All the codes I
03:35give you, you have to put them in the beginning and you have to put it at the end. Okay, the
03:40end always finishes like that and the beginning always finishes like that. The only thing
03:46that changes is the text in between the gap. I'll show you what I mean. Okay, hold shift,
03:55hold shift, back arrow. Now here, we're going to type the word center. Okay, so type here
04:05center. Okay, so S-E-N-T-E-R, center. Hold shift and go forward. Now, all you can do,
04:18you could basically just right click and copy that and paste it on this side. I'm not going
04:25to do it because I'm recording the screen. It's going to crash and sometimes it doesn't
04:29do it. So go to the end of it. So just type this in the first beginning. Okay, go to the
04:36end of it, go back slash, sorry, back arrow, back slash. Again, type the word center. And
04:50then shift, forward arrow. Okay, as I said, you see, from the little back arrow here,
04:58from that little back arrow, from there to the end, if you look here, from the back arrow
05:04to the end of the P. It's the same thing. Look, it's that same text. It's that same code,
05:09except we just put it, all we do is change the word. That's all we do. We do it at the end.
05:15The end of it is always got the slash on it. And the beginning never has the slash on it.
05:20Just to let you know that. But you still have the word. Okay, anyway, you get the idea.
05:25Now that text will automatically go into the middle of the page. So go here, save. Go here,
05:31compile. Compiling. Done. Now, if you go up here to the pair of glasses, press that.
05:39If you open it, just go to browse. It should open your book automatically. If you don't,
05:43go to desktop, open your file, press your book, say open. And every time you come here,
05:48it will open like that. Now, this is our book. It just sends us going off looking for it.
05:53Okay, so this is our book. Now, you're not going to text anything, but it's great because
05:57it's gone from the left now to the center. Perfect. And of course, you can have text in the center
06:02and on the left and on the right. It's up to you, however you want to do it.
06:07I mostly work in the center and on the left. I don't really put text on the right. Not really,
06:12though, because I'll keep that over there for other things like advertising and things like that.
06:16So anyway, I'll explain that to you later. Close this. Because we got nowhere.
06:21So, go here. Don't do this. Make sure you see this text.
06:29Okay, now go back in front of it. Again, we want a new command. Again, hold shift and back arrow.
06:37A very easy, simple command. Type H. The letter H. And you can type number one, hold shift
06:46and press forward arrow. This is our first command. So the first command, it doesn't matter what the command is,
06:52the first command means open and go to the end of it. Don't matter how long the text is, just go to the end of it.
07:01Click shift, back arrow, slash, H1, shift, forward arrow. Okay, very easy.
07:14So, at this moment in time, when it comes to HTML coding, I've just shown you how to add a paragraph,
07:25how to center the text, and how to change the size of the letters. Okay, go here, go compile, say yeah.
07:37If you ask you would you want to save it, sometimes it opens like this and sometimes it opens like this.
07:41It's just different. Doesn't matter. Just make sure you click your file. You should pick the right file, say yeah, and just save it.
07:49Okay, and then go to the classes, open it, open it, and say yeah. See the size of our text now?
07:56Yeah, that looks better. Yeah, but it's size one, that's as big as it goes, so we don't really want that.
08:05So what I'm going to tell you to do, I'm going to tell you to drop this down to about three, which is kind of nice.
08:14Okay, now I'm going to put three in there, and now what I'm going to tell you to do, you can write all that code again,
08:19or you can left click, hold it, and drag it. Okay, once you've done that, hold control, right side of the keyboard,
08:26and press the letter C. Okay, once you've done that, go underneath it, hold control, and press the letter V to paste it.
08:38Now, change the three to eight. Go over here, change three to eight. Now, eight's the maximum, as far as I'm aware,
08:52and one is the minimum. So leave it like that. Now we're going to have two text boxes. Go here, compile, go again.
09:04Of course, you can change the text in each box, but I'm just showing you. Go here, view, look, we've got two boxes.
09:12Now, if we want this one on the top and this one on the left, of course, we can do that. If you want to do that,
09:18all we have to do is go back into here. We want to delete just where it says center, but we want to keep the text size.
09:28Go here, right just after the center, delete the arrow, and delete center, up until the P. Okay, now, we can have it there.
09:40We can compile that. Just make a little bit of change to it. Go back in here. As you can see, now it's on the left-hand side.
09:50It's a little bit too close to the top. Maybe I want to put a photograph in there. Probably. In order to do that, go to the end of here,
09:58enter. Again, we're going to add a new little bit of code. Very easy, very simple. Hold shift, back arrow.
10:08Now here, we're going to put B, R, and we're going to put shift, forward arrow. So what's this?
10:16Again, like all of these commands here at the front, they all mean open, and all the commands at the end mean close.
10:24Okay, so we can open this, and we want to go shift, back arrow, slash, B, R, shift, forward arrow,
10:36and we're not going to put no text in the middle of that. We're just going to leave it blank.
10:42Okay, go here, save. What this does, it puts a space. It's like pressing a space bar on your computer.
10:50So press this, look. It said, well, it still looks a bit too close. It actually does look a bit too close.
10:58So it's a B, R, and it goes here, so I think it's here. Let me just copy this. I'm going to press control, C.
11:06I want to move it down a bit, because I don't want it that close. If you press space bar like that, which would be nice and easy,
11:12it doesn't recognise it. Okay, put it in there. Go back to here, compile, save.
11:20Obviously, the more B, R's you put in there, the more breaks you get in between the gap.
11:24You see how big the gap is now, look? I don't want a massive gap, but I don't want it too close either.
11:30Anyway, I'm going to leave one like that, so I've got two breaks in between.
11:36My idea of that is, I want to go here. I want to press enter.
11:42Now, right inside the middle of this gap, I'm going to put my photographic code.
11:50Now, you might be sitting there wondering, how do you get the code? Okay, go to help.
11:56Go to reference tags. These are all the commands that you need.
12:02Now, not all of these are kind of easy and straightforward.
12:08This one here is actually made for JavaScript and for CSS and things like that.
12:14If you click the page, click whatever one you want, scroll to the bottom and look for the simple version.
12:20It's not there. Okay, go to A. You see how the code looks for this?
12:26That's got to do a lot. Look down here. It describes what each one does.
12:32But when you start going into that, like that look, and then you've got all this to go on with it.
12:38I think it's getting too complicated. I don't want that. Look to the bottom. It's no good because there's no code on it.
12:44Go to center. You see the code? This is the code in JavaScript to make the thing center.
12:50And a couple of other little things.
12:56So this one sets the title, the style, the language. Anyway, it looks like you can do a whole lot here.
13:02But if you come down to the bottom and just look at the word, all you want is that.
13:08If you copy and paste that into your document, basically it gives you the word.
13:14And it puts it in the center for you. I think you don't really get much more easier than that.
13:20So yeah, as I said, sometimes if you want to do it this way, as I said, using JavaScript.
13:26Of course, you've got extra features you can do. But of course, HTML is different.
13:32Anyway, it's the same. It's more or less similar.
13:38Anyway, yeah, it's different. So if you want to learn the Java, it's all here.
13:44You can learn Java because obviously each one of these names here looks like a style and then you've got a string.
13:50So all you do is come down here and look at it. And if you want to know more about it, go into the style.
13:56And in the style, you say these are all these things applied to this.
14:02Yeah, that's just way too much. OK, what I want to do is look down here.
14:08Remember, we added a file called IMG. Look down the command list.
14:14Here look, IMG. Now look at that. I think it really.
14:20Just to add a photograph and a link and a bit of text.
14:26Let's go to the bottom of here. Now that's more like it.
14:32HTML simplified. I think it's great. Perfect. Now it's probably simplified.
14:38Because all it's going to load is a photograph. OK, so if I go here.
14:44Copy this. Just right click and go copy. Go here. Now I'm going to add it here for a moment.
14:50We can't paste it in here, so we have to click it. Let's click in the gap.
14:56Control V. Once we do that.
15:02Just go to. What's that? That's not quite right.
15:08Show me on the text document.
15:14I want to open this. I want to open the command sheet. OK, these are our commands.
15:20This is what we're playing with. OK, I'm going to make a new link down here.
15:26So if you go through the video, you see how this link looks like. This looks very simple.
15:32Very important. Go here. Open this. My photographs are JPEG. If you click on your photograph.
15:38So right click on it. Go properties. Look here. It's a JPG.
15:44Make sure this here is a JPG. This one is bitmap.
15:50So go JPG.
15:56OK, I want to close this now. I don't need it. Not for a moment.
16:02Go back here. Go back to your file and just control V.
16:08And now if we save it and we compile it. We will now have a photograph on the left hand side of our document.
16:14Open. Here's the photograph on the left hand side of the document.
16:20I'm going to create a new picture because we didn't tell it what picture we want to load.
16:26Close that. OK, we want to customise the code.
16:32Now a code, just like naming the text, we have to go into the reference mode.
16:38And now we have to know how to set it up.
16:44So of course, you want to look at your photograph basically.
16:50So all I want to do. I want this page to look at this photo.
16:56So I can click it and go to a website.
17:02So think of all the things that you want to do to it.
17:08Come down here. This is the img command. This is so you can load the photo.
17:14But that's all it does. It doesn't do nothing else. You can't link to it. Nothing. You have to go into here.
17:20And obviously you've got to find a link. So go to link. Now you would think you'd go to link.
17:26This one here, look, this is text to CSS.
17:32Now this is the kind of type of style that it uses here. I'm not using that.
17:38Anyway, come down here. We need a link. But this one here, look, the problem with this link.
17:44It's looking for a style sheet. And it's a style sheet. It's called style sheet CSS.
17:50And it's type text to CSS.
17:56Now it sounds like we're getting complicated. It's not complicated. It's really not.
18:02But as I said to you, you have to look at what you want to do and how you're doing it.
18:08So the same goes for the code. I'm going to show you the code. Open this.
18:14This here is what makes up your actual code.
18:20I'll break it down. Well, I'll show you and then I'll explain it all to you.
18:26Copy the whole code.
18:32You see this little text that you put in here. I'll explain that text to you now.
18:38Control V. If you look on the actual file here.
18:44The source of the file. This is where the file is.
18:50Here is the file name. Open your file.
18:56We're going to change it. We're going to change it to this one.
19:02Copy the name. Change the name of this.
19:08We're going to change it.
19:14If you look here, all you want to do is basically when you open the text.
19:20Look for the IMG file, the text file, the photo file and change the name of the photo.
19:26You don't need to change anything. Just change the name of the photograph.
19:32This is what it's going to load.
19:38The name is going to be displayed next to the picture.
19:44We're going to call it template.
19:50This is what it's going to load.
19:56I'll show you in a moment.
20:02HTTPS. This is your internet link.
20:08Click it. It will go to the link.
20:14The message it's going to read is this message right here.
20:20Click the photo to download. It's free to use.
20:26Change the text to whatever you want.
20:32Doesn't that look great?
20:38We can put it in the centre if we want to.
20:44That's basically all you need to learn.
20:50You can put another link down here if you want to.
20:56I'll just show you that in a moment.
21:02If you want to find the resources click this link.
21:08If you don't want to use the photograph.
21:14Watch the mouse. If I click it, it will open Internet Explorer.
21:20It won't go nowhere because I haven't told it to go nowhere.
21:26If I want to make it go somewhere I can.
21:32So you've got to put HTTPS.
21:38You want two forward slashes.
21:44Leave it there. I'm going to leave it like that.
21:50The text again is here.
21:56This text here is what's next to the photograph.
22:02This one down here is just a different text.
22:08Remember the little gap in between here and here? That's our text down there.
22:14We can put here whatever we want.
22:20Let's put a URL if we want to.
22:26Or we can put a website.
22:32Let's just put a website.
22:38I can't even spell it.
22:44I'm going to add a little bit more code to this.
22:50Open the code.
22:56I want this.
23:02The only code you need to load your photo.
23:08To load the link and to have a text message all in one go.
23:14It's as simple as that.
23:20This one here will display a text.
23:26I'm just going to put
23:32Add your text.
23:38We're going to put that on the text.
23:44Of course, wherever we want it to go to, we can have it go there.
23:50Let's try it.
23:56Well, most times I do.
24:02It did change the text.
24:08We don't want to load the image.
24:14As you can see, this code is a lot smaller than this code.
24:20I can't click the photograph.
24:26There's no link on it.
24:32This one is only to look at.
24:38It's like a static page.
24:44I'm going to add a text message.
24:50Ctrl C.
24:56Leave it as it is.
25:02Delete all the text.
25:08Add your text.
25:14Go to.
25:20This may be a text you're going to put inside your document.
25:26Inside your paragraph.
25:32Go in front of this part here.
25:38You can load the website right there.
25:44This is going to be your paragraph.
25:50Inside the paragraph, the paragraph is going to link to the website.
25:56The whole paragraph will link.
26:02I'll show you how it looks on the web page.
26:08It looks like this.
26:14Don't forget, all we're doing is adding a link.
26:20We want to be able to put something there.
26:26What do we want?
26:32I'm not going to put that.
26:38I want to put goto.
26:44Once you've written it the way you want it.
26:50Click on the text.
26:56That should work.
27:02Check the text.
27:08The target should go to.
27:14Let me just put it inside the target.
27:20You shouldn't have to put it inside there.
27:26Because I'm recording a speech, sometimes it messes around with the text.
27:32I don't want to show you something and then say it doesn't work.
27:38It doesn't work like that.
27:44I'm just trying to work out this little part for you.
27:50We can load the image if we want to.
27:56The text I want to display is here.
28:02Let me go here.
28:08This will be the text on the screen anyway.
28:14I don't know if it's actually compiling it.
28:20We should have a blue link on that.
28:26Let me go back and check the code.
28:32This is exactly how it works.
28:38I'm going to replace it.
28:44I'm going to put it back in.
28:50This is the source file.
28:56I want this little piece here.
29:02It's still not going to do it because there's no interlink on it.
29:08Where's my interlink on?
29:14You've got to set the text one up the same as the photograph one.
29:20It's not hard to do it.
29:26You've got to make it up as you go along.
29:32You have to have an A reference.
29:38That's what's different on this.
29:44Back arrow, A, full arrow.
29:50Go to the end of it.
29:56Let me copy that text again.
30:02I don't want to make a long text for you.
30:08I'm going to put that there.
30:14We want the actual name.
30:20Make it not so big so it works.
30:26Compile.
30:32It's loading.
30:38Let me go back in here.
30:44I can't show you that at the moment.
30:50I'll just close this.
30:56Go back into reference.
31:02Go to address.
31:08Not all of these.
31:14You put those at the top of your document.
31:20These are for compatibility reasons.
31:26Press CTRL-V.
31:32Go here.
31:38I'm going to use this one here.
31:44I'm going to close that.
31:50I'm going to go back to my code.
31:56Go back here.
32:02This is my photograph.
32:08We want to put the text here.
32:14This link is a link to Microsoft.
32:20It's not going nowhere.
32:26It's just a text.
32:32This link goes to this link.
32:38That's it.
32:44This is all I wanted to show you.
32:50Go to view.
32:56We've got our lovely little text.
33:02This is just a link.
33:08When you're making something up.
33:14You've got to look at it in a simple way.
33:20This is just a very simple text.
33:26I'm going to paste it again.
33:32Shift-Back Arrow-A.
33:38Shift-Forward.
33:44Shift-Back Arrow-Slash-A.
33:50In between here.
33:56I'll put here.
34:02Add your text.
34:08At the end of it.
34:14I'll compile it.
34:20If you look here.
34:26You'll notice we've got two links.
34:32Remember the break?
34:38Ctrl-C.
34:44Put a space between it.
34:50That's why I normally put a space underneath it.
34:56Open.
35:02You can have it plain.
35:08This one here.
35:14If you want to put some text in front of this.
35:20I'm going to take it from the front of the text.
35:26I'll press Ctrl-C.
35:32Save it.
35:38Save it.
35:44Save it.
35:50Save it.
35:56Save it.
36:00Save it.
36:04Save it.
36:08Save it.
36:12Save it.
36:16Save it.
36:20Save it.
36:24Save it.
36:28Save it.
36:32Save it.
36:36Save it.
36:40Save it.
36:44Save it.
36:48Save it.
36:52It's entirely optional.
36:56You don't need this link.
37:00We of course already have the link here.
37:04We can copy and paste it any we want.
37:08We don't to have loads of links in there.
37:12That don't necessarily do anything.
37:16Go to view before I finish.
37:20do that okay so go call the photograph
37:23clicky and you'll open the external
37:26browser if we go here and then of course
37:29this one opens inside the book this one
37:32will open it outside of the book it's as
37:35simple as that okay so it's here look at
37:38the command here I'm thinking okay
37:39that's quite a way so I'm thinking I'm
37:41going to move that because I don't want it there
37:45I'm going to take all of that I'm gonna
37:49just delete it out of there and I'm going to
37:52put it inside my header here let's put it
37:58here so I'm just as I don't matter
38:03really where you put it it's up to you so I want
38:04that in the header and the body text is
38:07different so as I said I want that for
38:10everything else go to compile as I said
38:13look at it it's changed
38:17look at the page look it's changed the page
38:18slightly so I'm thinking yeah I don't kind of
38:23want it like that delete it out of there let's go
38:27below the body let's put it back inside
38:29the body because it's obviously inside there
38:31let's save it compile it so yeah as I said you can
38:35move it around and obviously you can get it
38:36exactly where you think it should be
38:38yeah that's kind of okay obviously I don't
38:40want that arrow there I want to get rid of that
38:42so yeah that's my link so it's perfect
38:46anyway that's the end of that check that
38:49that links to the photograph of course you have to put a
38:52link on it there's no link on it, it links here
38:54type a link in there when you get the
38:56photograph it will go to the website and this one
38:59again if you want to go to a different
39:01website type in what website you want and then go
39:04there okay that's probably the end of
39:06the video kind of course basically I'm
39:08going to tell you for this kind of part of
39:11the video as I said if you open this all of
39:15your commands that you want are right
39:17here you have to think about just think
39:21about what you want if you want a an
39:23address look down and get a description
39:27okay if it looks too complicated leave that
39:30then if you want to create the body so
39:32what's the body the body is a HTML page
39:35scroll down look here that's not the body
39:39because this is the body okay so
39:42obviously the body is the background so
39:44obviously the background, the color and so
39:47forth anyway you can add all that to the
39:50page if you want to depend on the
39:52buttons come down there of course there's no
39:56code for a button but there is if you look up here
39:58it says button and it says forward so
40:01basically you have to type this word
40:03button with the arrow and then you type
40:06the same thing again except when you put
40:09this on here that's the beginning of the
40:13word and you copy the whole thing put on
40:16the end and on the end one you put a
40:19slash between that and what you'll do
40:21you'll get a little button on the screen
40:24anyway it's up to you so we can copy this
40:28we can just go here ctrl C okay as I said
40:34you got to kind of look at what you want
40:36to do and then see if you can do it so
40:39let's just go in and have a look
40:41okay so at the end of here we want to put
40:46ctrl obviously we don't want to do that
40:49so you see you see when I copy my code
40:52I'm not I haven't even copied that code
40:55I will show you I copied this code
40:58button so I'm going to write it here and
41:04then I'm going to copy it so I'm going to
41:06paste it I'm going to put a little line
41:09here and here I'm going to put press me
41:18okay that's what I'm going to put now of course if
41:22you add the URL to the end of that so
41:25copy all of that put it on the end of
41:27that if you were to do that when you
41:32click the button it will go to the website
41:35press that compile yes go here go here
41:42make the button works oh look we've got
41:44a button now of course you click the
41:47button the button won't do nothing but
41:50if we link it to this we won't be able to
41:54see that all we can see is that and when
41:56you press the button it will go to the website
41:58I'm thinking how great and how easy is that
42:01yeah anyway that's kind of how you do it
42:04watch open this so I said take the link
42:06that you want just take this and then
42:12obviously all you do is copy that
42:15controls get rid of that go to the end
42:19of it control the PC now if this is
42:25going to be a command which is we have
42:29to have the open and close paragraph
42:31see this here okay now obviously you have to put
42:36in the foot in the beginning of here
42:37you have all you have to do is put a and
42:42back arrow you don't need to do the end
42:46because the end is already done so we
42:50change it from capital to standard now
42:54of course the whole thing is linked
42:57over here on file so yeah just say so
43:03I'm going to save that when I open the
43:04book now if you look here press the
43:07button oh it's not going to work it but
43:10notice how the change places now this
43:13was on this side and now it's on this
43:15side I think yeah look at how you design
43:18your text because look we want the button
43:21first then we want the text of course I
43:25don't want it to go nowhere I don't want
43:26to do nothing anyway have a little go and
43:28see if you can sort it out so as I it's
43:31only a matter of tweaking around so the
43:33whole command is there it's up to you
43:36how you want to do it so it's whether you're
43:38going to load a photograph we're going to
43:41load a button anything you can use
43:43anything you want it's entirely up to you
43:45anyway that's to do so to make any more
43:47pages into pages just go here go to new
43:52open your project go here you can open
43:57your file if you want to just go here
43:59add another page let's call it page 1
44:03page 2 page 3 okay so we'll click on it
44:06just so you understand this I'm going to leave it
44:09untitled I'm going to copy that say okay
44:11okay it's called untitled okay now in
44:15order to see that we've got a back arrow
44:20P forward arrow back arrow slash P forward arrow
44:28and in the gap just type untitled okay so
44:33this is a brand new template go here
44:36okay leave it exactly where it is go here
44:39don't forget at the end of this if you
44:42don't save it you'll save it as a
44:44HTML don't do that you can't we don't
44:47just don't HTML save it that way the whole
44:53page is HTML okay now what we have to do
44:56we have to put it into the contents go
44:58file you say you want to put it in front
45:01of it I want to say yeah because I want to show you how to move it
45:04go here put the name of it it's called
45:07untitled go here untitled loading so yeah
45:13so yeah okay once it's here you see it's
45:17above that we don't want that move it
45:19down now you can put that inside that
45:22like this look so it goes inside that or
45:26you can put it outside it so you can have them separate
45:28or you have to once you put it inside
45:31there and you compile it wait you have to
45:34click on the emma and then open it and
45:36then get the file it's up to you how you
45:38want to do it so leave it there go to
45:41index go to the key go okay press that
45:45go to key you say do you want to put it in front of it
45:48say no put no on that every time I ask you
45:51just put no put that in there go here go
45:54browse untitled okay yeah go here save
45:59compile yes open yes okay now if you look
46:07over here we've got a brand new file as
46:09always I'll sort the page out in a moment
46:12in a moment because I don't want a button down there
46:14I don't want the link there I want the
46:16photograph to link to the internet
46:17that's what I want and I want the link
46:19separate okay I want the link to go into
46:21the book because I want it to link inside the book
46:23and I want everything else to link outside so go
46:27here and as you can see we've got a brand new
46:29document and it's called untitled and just to
46:32show you that it works if you go here
46:34push it inside here go here save that
46:38save the log folder say yeah recompile say
46:42yeah go back to look at your book go back
46:47look at your book okay so we didn't compile
46:50because it crashed so recompile it say
46:53yeah once it does it go to your book
46:56open it now you see there it's on the
47:02outside but it's not it's inside okay
47:05let me pop that back outside say I want to
47:15compile that and make sure I go to the right file
47:18so that's compiling that okay now what I
47:22want to do I want to put it inside it and I want to
47:25recompile it I want to open the book say
47:29yeah okay so it's not doing it so let me
47:32have a look as I said sometimes because
47:34it's behind there so close that because
47:38it crashed that's what it was go here
47:39recompile it go here and it's not recording the
47:45screen anyway you see how it hasn't moved it
47:49it shouldn't be there it should be there so
47:51we're going to put it back so at the
47:53moment it's kind of crashed so as I said
47:55it's probably to do with the
47:57screen recorder so as I said it should work
48:00absolutely perfect but sometimes when I
48:02copy and paste links they don't work even
48:04though they do work they just don't work
48:05what happens I'm saying they do work if it's not
48:08recording the screen so as I said I'll just need to
48:10fix this so we need to close this part for a
48:12moment so you want to save it I want to put
48:15no I don't want to save that because it crashed
48:18go this open it have a look at the file
48:27click this say yeah it's looking okay but it's not
48:30right go here push it inside it say you
48:37can move it to the right say yeah okay so
48:40moving it over it don't normally ask you that
48:42it just moves over okay and then we want
48:46to go here compile yes now if we open it
48:52it should hopefully just not work you see
48:54how you see now look how it's moved
48:56opening you see look now you have to open
48:59the file to click it as I said you can put it inside or outside
49:02it's entirely optional so anyway I want to
49:07say from me from Emma I really hope that
49:09you like this kind of video tutorial series
49:11and as I said all you have to do now is just
49:13keep adding pages and keep adding links
49:16that's it as I say if you want to find a
49:18bit more about the coding bar as I said
49:21everything you need to know is right here
49:23and of course I will be doing videos if
49:27you're interested about the code and I
49:29will only be talking about a specific
49:31thing one thing maybe two at the most so
49:36let's say I'll do center HTML text to
49:39center all I'm going to be doing is
49:41giving you that code and then all you do
49:45copy that code and then in my case I'm
49:50going to put it in here so it works
49:52properly okay so in my case what I'll be
49:55doing I'll be giving you the code like
49:57that all you do is you open your
50:01document so I'm going to open it in
50:02notepad go here open it like this it's
50:06the exact same thing go here and paste it
50:10that's it so I'm going to leave it there so
50:13actually I'm going to undo that I'm going to put it down here
50:16okay so I'm going to leave that there and I'm going to go here and I'm going to close it
50:20now if I actually open this up believe it or not
50:24I've got an opening if I open up this
50:30look down here you notice how you can
50:33notice look now that I've added some code down here
50:36yeah well how did you add it in there because you
50:40added it into notepad yeah I did I put it in
50:42here look and I edited it you can edit it in
50:47notepad and it will change it's audio and all you have to do is go to here
50:52press update and it will update it so now the book's changed watch okay look my
51:00text now is in the center I think you know that's great so you don't have to
51:05go in here to actually change the text in here no you don't have to go in here
51:10change text I'm saying this this just makes it easier you have to come in
51:15here basically just to add your files to your collection so you know so when
51:20you add all your files that's what it that's what this is for and basically you
51:24go here tell it to glue it all together and once you're done now it takes all of
51:30these separate ones and all of the files and put it all inside one nice
51:36little file which is absolutely fantastically great and you copy that
51:40you paste it over here you share that on the internet keep all that at home so you
51:46share this on the internet and when someone opens your book your website
51:53anyway your mobile help book however you want to look at it they'll say oh your book is
51:57absolutely fantastically great we got photos we got buttons we got links
52:02there yeah we got menus we can click here we got search boxes we got indexes
52:10we can click on it we can go display content we can click here display
52:15content I think it's great so anyway yeah I really hope they like the content
52:21as you say thumbs up thumbs down subscribe charge is yours I want to keep
52:25it that way see you later
