It's for individual members of Parliament to decide what they believe to be the right thing to do on a matter of conscience. My position is a matter of public record and I haven't changed my opinion on this. I've set out my position to my constituents. That's what all members of Parliament will be doing. But I wouldn't want in any way to give the impression that as a government minister I'm seeking to influence how others are approaching this. I know that there are a range of very well held views and people have thought very seriously about how they intend to vote.
