00:00hello students today you are on your third day of summer internship program

00:18and I'm sure all of you have already joined your company you have met your

00:22external mentors and you have understood very clearly what will be your

00:26project all about but let me remind you that you have been already given a log

00:33book very specific to your profile from the campus now it's imperative for you

00:39to go through your log book first week now what are the main learning

00:45milestones given to you by the clock book on the very first week now we have

00:50already traversed three days and just three days are left for your final

00:54reporting for week one so in week one at the end you have to see that whether you

01:00have achieved those milestones which have been suggested in your log book I

01:06understand certain learnings will be able to achieve but you're going to miss out

01:11certainly on certain learnings because of certain company issues wherever you're

01:16doing your internships these would be pending but please make sure those

01:22pending learnings have to be made up in the subsequent week so in this regard you

01:27need to be very very transparent with your external mentor I understand you need

01:33to be very respectful with them you need to be very obedient but please please be

01:39very uncompromising when it comes to your learning do not compromise on your

01:43learning and you make your point very straight sir I am with you for the next

01:51two months and I am supposed to learn these these these these things and I

01:56expect that you will going to train me onto these so in case you are facing any

02:02impediment from the end of your company or your mentor please do bring your

02:08internal mentor in the scenario please do seek the help of your internal mentor and

02:12request your internal mentor to speak to your external mentor regarding certain

02:17missed out learning milestones unless you do this your entire SIP will fall

02:25short of the expectations which you are heading towards in your final placements so

02:32my request to you please do monitor your learning milestone on a week wise basis

02:38whatever is your profile your profile is market research your profile is sales and

02:42distribution your profile is B2B whatever is your profile you should be

02:47following those milestones very meticulously and in case you are falling

02:52short please do request your mentor or involve your internal mentor to speak to

02:58your external mentor regarding fulfilling those learning milestones I wish you all the

03:04very best for your learning and your initial journey of your internship thank you so much
