00:27Basically, what we do as a planner is we get to tell the crew what to do.
00:42We put together what's called an OOS, an O-O-S, which is On Orbit Operation Summary,
00:48and it's a six-month plan. It's the entire mission.
00:50It includes NASA, ESA, JAXA, and Russia and Houston.
00:55So everybody has something that has to go into this six-month plan.
00:59Then we get into the WLP or the weekly look-ahead plan phase, and that's two weeks out.
01:05So what we do is we take a week out of that six-month plan, and we plan it a week at a time.
01:11Then we break that week into days.
01:12So two weeks out, we're doing the weekly plans.
01:15One week out, we're doing the daily plans.
01:17Then they execute the next week.
01:18That's one of the things that we come across is things break.
01:26There's replanning that goes on, like the timeline change officer, one of our planning positions in the front room.
01:32That's what they do.
01:33You know, if the timeline goes up in smoke, you know, they've got to replan for the next day.
01:37That's the coolest thing, actually, to look up on NASA Select or look up on TV and say, hey, I planned that.
01:46I did that, you know.
01:47So that's a cool feeling.
01:52We are snackaholics, so you will not starve in the planning room.
