00:00Melbourne Zoo is a fantastic place to explore nature and wildlife in the heart of the city.
00:14The enclosures are thoughtfully designed, giving animals space to roam while allowing visitors to observe them up close.
00:20The zoo is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
00:24It's a great day out for families, couples, or anyone who loves animals.
00:29I highly recommend it.
00:30One of the best zoos I have ever been to.
00:32Totally worth the time you are going to spend here.
00:35You get to see many animals, especially the lions at a very close range, basically just a glass panel between you and the beast.
00:42This is easily accessible via trans from the CBD, there is a train station within few meters from the zone entrance.
00:49As I walked through the gates of the Melbourne Zoo, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and wonder.
00:54The sounds of birds chirping and animals roaring filled the air, setting the tone for an unforgettable adventure.
01:00Our first stop was the Australian walkabout, where we came face to face with kangaroos, wallabies, and emus roaming freely in their naturalistic habitat.
01:09The kids were thrilled to feed the kangaroos and take photos with them, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
01:15As we made our way through the zoo, we were struck by the sheer diversity of species on display.
01:20The orangutan sanctuary was a particular highlight, with its breathtaking views of these majestic creatures swinging effortlessly through the trees.
01:28We spent ages watching them, mesmerized by their intelligence and social behavior.
01:33The reptile house was another standout, with its incredible collection of snakes, lizards, and crocodiles.
01:40The kids were fascinated by the different species and enjoyed the interactive displays that allowed them to get up close and personal.
01:46What struck me most about our visit to the Melbourne Zoo, however, was the emphasis on conservation and education.
01:53Everywhere we looked, there were signs and displays highlighting the importance of protecting and preserving wildlife,
01:59and the role that we can all play in making a difference.
02:02It was clear that the zoo is dedicated to inspiring visitors to take action and make a positive impact on the world.
02:08As we left the zoo at the end of the day, I felt inspired and motivated to do my part in protecting our planet's precious wildlife.
02:15Seamless ticketing experience and hassle free.
02:18Was able to use the tickets at the counter easily, would definitely recommend it for a cute experience with loads of animals and also the staff at the zoo are the absolutely friendliest people.
02:27Great experience in the zoo. Getting there was relatively easy via tram number 58. Short walk from the stop to the entrance as well.
02:36In short, was an enjoyable and pleasant journey and experience at the zoo.
02:40Very convenient. All we did was to proceed to the ticketing counter to exchange for actual ticket.
02:45To ease the process, I printed the Kluk voucher. Zoo was fantastic.
02:50One tip for all would be to bring a water bottle as the zoo has many water refill stations around.
02:55Love the experience of seeing animals here at the zoo, were very lucky with many close experiences on the day I went.
03:01When overcast and slightly drizzly, some animals will hide away though especially the primates.
03:07Being at the zoo pretty early on after opening allowed me and friends to see almost every single animal, except Huton the Sumatran tiger, and seeing animals being fed around lunch.
03:17Definitely do recommend the free keepers talk and set times, short informational talks.
03:22Fantastic way to spend a day. Love coming here and checking out all the amazing displays.
03:27Great for families and there is a large area for picnics or relaxing on the grass.
03:32One of my favorite places to come to relax and spend a day wandering around.
03:36Hassle free and smooth entry to Melbourne Zoo, however you will still need a queue at the entry gate to validate your Kluk ticket.
03:43We went during the winter and some of the animals were asleep and inactive however we still managed to capture many animals as the zoo is quite huge.
03:50Would recommend going to this zoo if you can only fit one zoo visit into your itinerary.
03:55You can easily spend 4 to 5 hours strolling through the zoo and have some lunch there afterwards.
04:00Easy to book with Kluk. The zoo is amazing, very big and has a lot of animals.
04:05We enjoyed observing animals, strolling around the zoo, relaxing in the park, and enjoying the food.
04:11Melbourne Zoo isn't very big. A disappointment as didn't really see the snow leopard.
04:16Take the tram 58 from CBD area directly to Melbourne Zoo back entrance. 20 minutes from CBD.
