01:06So this is the first convocation, the graduating student getting the degree directly from the university itself.

01:17We always make sure our students excel in academic, excel in research, become good human being, beyond the certificate, beyond the transcript.
01:28Number two, we are very much into research, we are doing a lot of applied research, which will not only change the kind of creativity of the student, but it will change the fundamental paradigm of the state and the country.
01:41We are building a lot of private 5G network, AI, we are doing a lot of projects like non-dairy milk, which will really bring fundamentally differentiated change and disruptive change to the country, to our nation, to our state, to our society.
01:59I am happy that without products that were developed in India, there stood the pressure of the war.
02:14We are doing a lot of tests, but testing in actual war is a real test, so I feel that as a country, we are now up to the next level, not only in economy, but also in defense preparedness and in aerospace.
02:35And as a team, all the armed forces, and general, everybody, everybody, they have done this.
02:49Every different system, it is what you call layers quantity, from something like 20 kilometers to something like 300 kilometers, and worked very well.
03:04So, it shows that economy, our technology, our defense preparedness, I am looking forward to India, rising to by 2030, it will be counted among the top 5 superpowers in the world.
03:24They just see the small aircraft, they have used it as an air defense aircraft, and I think it has done well.
