00:33help you track drinking and give you a little target to go for and just send a little alert
00:39on your phone throughout the day to drink more water and you can track how much you're doing.
00:43So that's really simple and effective.
00:46Another thing that you can do is put your phone down when you're at your desk or whatever,
00:50so you're not getting distracted by it.
00:53And you can take your water bottle and put it on top of your phone.
00:57So now every time you feel compelled to check the latest thing on Instagram or make a call
01:02or send a text, you're going to be reminded to, before you do that, take a swig of water
01:07and now you can look at your phone.
01:09So every time you do that, you just cover it back up and there you have an instant reminder
