00:16And then lots of media seems to be picking up on it. And I guess it seems to be a real idea.

00:23But no, I don't think it's going to happen for many reasons. And I'm happy to talk about those.

00:30I just think it's not a practical place to to to put people.

00:35It's not ready to. Obviously, the building itself, you ever been there?

00:38And I was there about 20 years ago. It's literally falling down.

00:42I mean, there's no the walls, the ceilings are literally caving in.

00:48So it's going to take an astronomical amount of money just to make it able, habitable for people and and for safety and security reasons.
