00:08Yes, just a few years ago.

00:10At saka fabulous daw. Somebody told me.

00:13Oh, it is very fabulous.

00:14Thank you for the support of my wife and her team.

00:17Collaborating with GMA, of course.

00:19It was a beautiful event.

00:20When I came to GMA7, I said,

00:23Oh, it's beautiful, the contract signing with Christian.

00:25Yes, I like it.

00:27Okay, I know you're doing a class,

00:29but before we talk about the class,

00:31may clash ba now, Kat,

00:33that you are co-managing Christian?

00:36I think, Tito, it's just been a natural translation.

00:38He's the boss of my heart,

00:39so now he's the boss of my life.

00:41So, okay.

00:42Oh, okay.

00:43Maganda ng one-liner na yun.

00:44Maganda, no?

00:45And you report to him.

00:46Yes, in all ways.

00:49But managing can be daunting.

00:51Mahirap na trabaho magmamanage.

00:54Minsan, walang klarong desisyon.

00:56I'll be very honest,

00:57because you know I manage talent.

00:58Yes.

00:59As a profession.

01:00Minsan, it's a conflict between magandang trabaho,

01:03pero hindi masyado mataas ang bayad,

01:04maganda ang bayad,

01:05pero kailangan ba talaga gawin?

01:08Do you go through that?

01:09Absolutely, Tito Boy.

01:10It's a part of the business.

01:12It's something that we go through.

01:13But I think we are both very particular in our strengths.

01:17Christian has been in the industry 20 years,

01:19so he makes the decisions based on that,

01:21and I come from a very corporate background.

01:23So we're able to find that balance,

01:24and it's all about compromise.

01:26And I think that that makes us a good team.

01:27It's an interview, no?

01:29No.

01:30Job application.

01:31And then you're really going to be in the middle.

01:33Because some people would say,

01:34it's not good to position yourself always in the middle.

01:37Pero sa ating trabaho,

01:39compromise is a key.

01:41Yes.

01:41Hindi talaga pwedeng yung gusto mo lang,

01:43o gusto ng kliyente.

01:43What's best.

01:44Et cetera, et cetera.

01:45How does it feel to be the boss?

01:47You know what?

01:48It's more of a partnership yung nang iniisip ko.

01:51She is amazing in what she does.

01:53And ako ang bago dito.

01:55And I've just been really an artist for 20 plus years.

01:59But the goal,

02:00my goal is talagang

02:01how to really share all my experiences,

02:05good, bad,

02:06and how to motivate all the artists

02:09to be the best that they can be.

02:11And to stay sexy.

02:12To stay sexy and young.

02:16Yung mga sikreto na sinishare natin.

02:19You know, I saw you when you were very young.

02:22Yes, you did.

02:24Skinny.

02:25Totoo.

02:26Parang walang kamuang-muang sa mundo.

02:27Walang idea ko na gagawin sa buhay.

02:31Nakakatuwa lamang.

02:32How's your brother?

02:33My brothers are okay.

02:35They're still singing.

02:36They're happy.

02:37Nasa hilos ka rin.

02:39Oo.

02:39No, but may mga kwentong-kwento.

02:41May mga kwentong dapat ikwento natin.

02:44But how is he as a talent?

02:46Okay naman.

02:47He's an incredible talent.

02:49And you'll hear this from everybody.

02:51because I'm the wife and the manager.

02:53But anybody he's worked with.

02:54Christian is incredibly respected.

02:56He's always on time.

02:57His rule is,

02:58if you're not early,

02:59you're late.

03:00He's very courteous.

03:01He remembers everybody.

03:03I wish more talents were like Christian.

03:05And we're so fortunate

03:06that we get to have somebody like him

03:07on the roster.

03:08Incredible talent.

03:12from the very beginning.

03:15You are in a very competitive business.

03:18you've been able to retain,

03:19you know,

03:20that Christian.

03:23To stay true to your core.

03:25To be connected to your core.

03:31to family,

03:32and my wife.

03:32And to keep me grounded.

03:38it's so fascinating

03:40that when you do your interviews,

03:43Yes, Tito Boy,

03:44you've inspired me.

03:45It's been my dream

03:51When I interview a candidate

03:52that wants to join Nima,

03:53I run fast talk with them.

03:55So I say,

03:56And then they play the guest.

03:58And then I ask them questions.

04:00a fantastic methodology.

04:02You know why?

04:02It brings out

04:03what they're truly feeling,

04:05what they are not prepared for.

04:06And that's what I want to see.

04:07So it's been great.
