00:15let us start the video so in the tutorial you need to have access to a mac computer have access to
00:22the desktop application microsoft outlook so we can now start the tutorial before i start this

00:58let's now focus on the video now let's go to the dock go to launchpad go to the application
01:04microsoft outlook search for this enter to open up the application we're forgot to load once that
01:10is loaded let's navigate to the left hand side navigation menu where we have all the information
01:18required for us to then go into the deleted items folder and delete everything in that folder so
01:26we have deleted items
01:33we can now right click empty the folder everything will be gone
01:40and there we go so that's how we delete
01:43items in the deleted items folder if i were to let's just say go to the microsoft folder move this to
01:50deleted items right click empty folder are you sure you want to permanently delete all of the messages
01:59in this folder yes i am click on delete that's gone so we can now quit outlook and so that's all of this
