Cleaner caught burgling from supported living flat

Mobile phone footage shows a cleaner who was caught in the act burgling a flat at a supported living setting in Peterborough.  After noticing money going missing, the tenant and her friend hatched up a plan to hide in darkness and catch the thieving cleaner red-handed.
