00:12So President Putin is willing to attack in Ukraine schools and hospitals and train stations and apartment buildings and basically kill civilians.
00:24President Zelensky doesn't have that option because not only will his own people not let him do it, but the countries that are supporting Ukraine won't let him do it.
00:35So there's a mismatch there. And as long as President Putin will do what President Zelensky can't do, basically advantage Putin.
