00:06Something bigger than yourself.

00:07Then you don't care for your own preferences, your own likes, dislikes, routines or food habits or this and that.

00:16When you have an exam tomorrow, do you say that this is my time to sleep or this is when I watch my favorite TV show?

00:24Do you say all that?

00:25The routine goes for it all.

00:27What routine?

00:27There is an exam tomorrow.

00:28So, give yourself a life in which there is an exam every day.

00:33Then you live very tightly.

00:35There is no slack.

00:36Then there is an automatic discipline.

00:37A discipline beyond an imposed routine.
