Drunk cop hits woman in Kanpur, tries to flee

00:28and the public intervened to prevent the accused from escaping. The crowd claims the officer

00:32appeared heavily intoxicated and repeatedly dismissed the situation, saying no problem.

00:37Locals identified him through his police uniform, which was hanging on the driver's seat with

00:41the name tag Kamlesh Kumar. Despite his inebriated state, the officer showed no remorse, even as
