00:00Thunderbolts hits theaters this Thursday, May 1st, and what everyone wants to know is how these

00:05characters tie into the future of the Marvel Universe, especially since most of them are

00:10already confirmed for Avengers. Doomsday. But before the big event that will bring Robert

00:15Downey Jr. back to the MCU, Marvel has another major release. Fantastic Four. First Steps.

00:24So the big question was whether Thunderbolts would include any connection or post-credits

00:29scene related to the film starring Marvel's first family. And yes, there is a connection.

00:35In the scene, we see the new Avengers already established at their base,

00:3914 months after the events of Thunderbolts, now wearing new uniforms. All members are talking

00:45about missions and the team's acceptance by Sam Wilson, the new Captain America. Bucky isn't too

00:52happy with the situation, as Sam seems unwilling to join forces with them and has his own Avengers team.

00:59Yelena mentions that there's already a space crisis underway, though it's unclear if she's referring

01:05to the ending of Eternals, with the Celestials' appearance, or one of the incursions expected in

01:11future Avengers storylines. She then receives a computer alert that an interdimensional ship is

01:17heading toward Earth and asks the system to show the image. That's when we see a space rocket on screen.

01:22And as it turns, the Fantastic Four logo appears on the ship's hull. The theme music plays, and the film

01:30ends with a message that the new Avengers and Bob, the Sentry, will return.
