00:04When we got new recruitment, when teachers got appointment letters in the royal court,

00:10the teacher saw teachers when they were recruited, when they got appointment letters,

00:16the teacher said that teachers should have uniform.

00:20We also read the next day, the newspaper came in and the director of school education said that we can see this.

00:26So there was such a church in our staff meeting that we thought that we should have uniformed teachers.

00:34So we got a good response.

00:35The teacher was delighted that teachers' uniform in a few occasions,

00:38when there are PTMs, when someone comes to the school, they represent them.

00:43So it's good if teachers are uniformed.

00:46So we made a committee of teachers, which we received some male members and some female members.

00:54So teachers thought that if we put a uniform, the children would have a good impact.

01:02So as we went ahead and decided that we had a dress code, a color decided that would suit to all.

01:50And the second, teachers gave us a duty to see our fabrics like this, which are breathable, summers, winters, because it's harsh weather.

02:01So I researched and saw a lot of rain, and I wanted to do a line,

02:06that the color of ladies and gents is the same, but it didn't happen.

02:10But in my mind, it's also that we will never do that.

02:13The challenge came, but I am blessed that I have a good team and work.
