00:22Redefining the boundaries of immersive art, this is TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi,

00:27a groundbreaking experience in the heart of Sadiat Cultural District.

00:32This 17,000 square meter art space is the largest purpose-built facility of its kind in the world.

00:39Not only do we have dry areas, we have water areas as well.

00:42You're fully immersed.

00:43We're not talking about your sense of sight, your sense of hearing only.

00:46We're talking about your sense of touch, your sense of smell, your sense of taste.

00:52Where do you ever get an experience, let alone not only in Abu Dhabi, in the UAE, in the region entirely?

00:58This multi-sensory experience showcases the commitments to creativity and innovation

01:04with transformative artworks that combine a mixture of the art itself alongside science and technology.

01:12Boundaries are limitless here and each artwork responds to guests' actions

01:23Faster, butterfly, fly faster!

01:30When I visit the museums here in Abu Dhabi and see youth consume what they've just seen

01:37in a way that is so imaginative and so beautiful to see, you see that shimmer in their eyes.

01:42You see the creative juices running through their brain, seeing things and saying,

01:47now I can create. Now what you create is what's going to be special.

01:51Conceived by the globally acclaimed Tokyo-based art collective Team Lab,

01:56Team Lab Abu Dhabi fuels curious minds, igniting the imagination with something for all ages.

02:02My favorite rooms were the laser ones.

02:05And when you stand on a net and it feels like you're moving but you're not actually moving.

02:09And then the one where it comes to life and this room.

02:14If you say words to it and put your ear close to it, it responds to you by ringing, by saying a ringed noise.

02:24That's how they communicate with the light speaker.

02:27I can't wait to go back to school and tell all my friends about the museum, especially the cloud part.

02:34It was very fun and fluffy.

02:37I've never seen a cloud on the surface before, only in the sky.

02:43Team Lab Phenomena Abu Dhabi is one of the jewels in the crown of Abu Dhabi's expanding network of cultural institutions

02:50in the Sadiat Cultural District that's on track for completion later this year.
