00:11ourselves. But we're not going to do a deal with anybody in a county
00:14council or a unitary council unless they agree that auditors need to come in, look
00:19at the long-term contracts, ask questions about why county councils are spending
00:24money on climate change initiatives, on brushing your teeth initiatives. I mean
00:29one council spent half a million quid on ergonomic chairs for their staff. I mean
00:33and council tax goes up by 5% every year. Debts get bigger in all of these
00:38councils so we wouldn't even consider doing a deal with anybody unless we have a
00:42sort of a almost like a British doge in every single county.
