01:17I know it's going to be bizarre because I used to watch it as a child and for me it feels surreal because I never thought one day I would be on that stage, on the stage of Eurovision.
01:27But now with everything going on, making the video clip and hearing that I was going to represent every time a little thing is going in like, oh it's me, it's me, oh the first time performing it, oh yes I'm going to do this.
01:40I'm going to have a little bit, I'm going to have a moment of thinking, whoa, this is really happening, oh c'est la vie.
01:47I remember the first time I watched it when I was nine, the first act I saw was Conchita and Conchita was singing and after it was the Netherlands with the common linens and it was so, so powerful to see all those different peoples with different songs out of different countries.
02:05And the supporters also were a lot of flags and nobody was, everybody was just accepting everybody and that was so beautiful to see.
02:13So for me it represents just joy and that music connects everybody together.
02:19I've met Luan in Amsterdam a few weeks ago and she was lovely, she was so nice.
02:25I would say I became a bigger fan of your song when I heard that it is your daughter who's singing the last maman, so wonderful, 10 out of 10, chef's kiss.
02:35With the video clip it was, I wanted to also bring a bit of my root in it and you have this beautiful, from the second verse, I'm just pouring milk into a cup with this nice backdrop behind me.
02:53And that is a backdrop that represents, for me it represents Africa, but also I'm just doing this Johannes Vermeer thing, I don't know if you know Johannes Vermeer, that is to combine those two.
03:04And at the moment I was just dancing and while rehearsing the dance, I was like, well, this is something really Congolese people do, like we love to move with our hips and a lot of things.
03:16So I was like, we're just gonna edit in the music video, but at the beginning it felt a little bit, I was like, does it look good?
03:25But watching it back, my mother was really proud of me and it's just, a lot of people just love to move with their hips and those kind of things.
03:33And in the music, like the language I've learned, my mother tongue is, I learned it in Congo.
03:38And those influential things helped me be the artist that I am today.
