00:00I know you can hear everyone talking.
00:03We're all talking about you.
00:19Every child has a right to basic nutrition.
00:23There's been a bit of a shift.
00:25A lot of the children under five don't make it.
00:27What often determines problems
00:29is how many interventions we have
00:31during labour and birth.
00:43Well, if I break your water,
00:44they're going to send you up there.
00:46So she stuck her hand in to her elbow
00:50and with her nail broke the water.
00:53I do feel like I was robbed of the experience
00:57of having my baby.
00:58I spent nine months carrying him
01:00and never gave birth.
01:01Many years the government has faced
01:04the challenge of child mortality.
01:06And to end up with a dead baby
01:09and have to carry their dead baby home in a cloth,
01:12it just broke my heart.
01:14So I'm dying to know the problem of infant formula
01:18flooding into emergencies.
01:19Is that still happening?
01:20It's still happening with a big emergency.
01:22It's cynical marketing.
01:23And the media haven't got hold of the truth.
01:29These are gifts that I received in the mail
01:32from the formula companies.
01:34It's a huge industry.
01:35They are lobbying for hospitals
01:37to give out their gift packages and information
01:40and to doctors to recommend their products.
01:44When you pull out a bottle in a circle full of moms,
01:47everybody looks.
01:49There are some people who are so, so, wow.
01:52Judgmental.
01:53Judgmental.
01:54Embarrassed in case a small flash of flesh might offend.
