00:00This is so bad. It's so bad. Okay, but a new health kick, if you will. So I would say the end of 2020, beginning of 2021, I lost 18 pounds.

00:16Yeah. And I worked out, I meal prepped, I was, you know, fit fam. And then the past year, I have gained all of that back, maybe plus some.
00:27And I've had fun doing it. Like, it's not, you know, whatever.
00:30We've all been through, I mean, you know, I was doing so, I was doing fast fit body sculpting in town.
00:34Yeah.
00:35I lost like 30 pounds of fat.
00:36That's awesome.
00:37I was doing great. And then the pandemic happened. And I was the guy that panic shopped before all of you.
00:42I'm not that guy. And I did it. And I was just like, I bought a freezer and I just started eating out of the freezer.
00:47How many chicken pot pies can you stop in your fat face, Sean? Lost it all. Okay, so.
00:54See, I was opposite. It was like during like still kind of pandemic-ish.
00:58Because you didn't have the food because there was none on the shelf.

01:03By the last day I got panic shopped, Tom Hanks got COVID and the NBA was like done.

01:09And I'm like, hmm, so wiping my butt just because I can.
01:13See, but I told you, my husband did the same.
01:16We had freeze-dried food, like we're going to the moon or something.
01:19We're astronauts.
01:20Yeah, he went there too.
01:22But anyways, I'm back on my health kick.
01:24I've realized you've gained too much weight.
01:27You have to get back working out, meal prepping, all of the things.
01:32And I started last week.
01:34So last week was the first day of Monday.
01:36I'm like, you know, let's do this.
01:37I've got a new show coming up.
01:39Got to get fit.
01:40This is going to be awesome.
01:41You were on the bike yesterday.

01:43I was on this morning too.

01:45And I was pedaling even faster this morning after what my scale said.
01:48So I hadn't gotten on the scale in one full year because I just knew it was up.
01:54I knew the weight was up and I didn't want to see it.
01:56I wanted to just keep eating.
01:58And I have this really cool scale and it's connected to an app.
02:04And I forget what it's called.
02:05But it registers your weight, your BMI, your BRB, your LOL, all the things.
02:12It gets them all on there, okay?
02:13Your water weight.
02:15What's your blood type?
02:15Chocolate syrup.
02:18So mine would be wine.
02:20Very good, yes.
02:21So I got on the scale this morning.
02:25And can you read what this says?

02:32Let me just, I got to show this for the people.

02:35It says that your weight has changed a lot.

02:43So I screenshot it because I couldn't believe the scales actually said that.

02:58I already knew.

03:04This is May of 2021.
03:06Oh, so you waited a year.
03:08I literally did not get on the scale because I knew.
03:12And I had been working out a week.
03:13So I'm like, all right, I can get on now.
03:15And I got on and it said, this can't be you, fatty.
03:19This cannot be you.
03:21And I said, yes, it's me.
03:23Like, you could even say, you could click no, not me.
03:26Or yes, it's me.
03:27And I had to say, it's me.
03:28I got to start somewhere.
03:30But obviously.
03:31A couple questions I'm through in the audience.
03:32I'm too far gone.
