00:30So in this example we're going to say we want the $1,000
00:32to buy ourselves a new laptop.
00:35You can use this for anything but be very specific.
00:38In corner number three we're going to write down the feeling.
00:41The feeling you would have is if you received the $1,000
00:44and bought the new laptop.
00:46In that case you might feel amazed.
00:49Now in the triangle you're going to write down the phrase on repeat.
00:51I received it.
00:53I received it.
00:55And you're going to write this down as if you're feeling excited.
