Crafter turns eggs into tiny works of art

A craft lover from Slovenia turns Easter eggs into miniature works of art using a mix of traditional and modern techniques.

Sanja Rauter spent weeks between March and early April 2025 creating dozens of hand-decorated eggs, capturing the entire process on video.

She used everything from onion peels and natural dyes to acrylic paint, decoupage napkins, lace, string, and tiny artificial flowers – giving each egg its own distinct personality.
