ਅੱਜ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐਂਡ ਸਿੰਧ ਬੈਂਕ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਸਟਾਫ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਫੋਰਮ ਆਫ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐਂਡ ਸਿੰਧ ਬੈਂਕ ਅਫਸਰ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਬੈਨਰ ਹੇਠ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਬੈਂਕ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐਂਡ ਸਿੰਧ ਬੈਂਕ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 200 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਏ ਬੈਂਕ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਸਟਾਫ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਹੈ।
