00:00Hello guys, I hope you are fine. My video is about angle gerender performances. Generally, we use angle gerender in construction field. As a serial contractor, we use angle gerender in tile fixing, marble cutting, tile cutting and various type of electricity work, plumbing work.
00:19There are lots of use of gerender in construction field. My video is basically describing the performance which I measure in my 20 years of construction experience.
00:31So guys, we have 4 gerender years. First of all, first one is Hitachi. This is original made in Japan. Its servicing period is 7 years and it works well in construction field in all types of cutting.
00:48But right now it is retired and its required heavy servicing. Second one is Hitachi, Chinese made. In the year of 2011-2012, I used in this time period, just only one year. But it is totally retired. No plan to upgrade it, no plan to repair it or no plan to maintenance.
01:11The third one is, it is the Kosuku. I don't know exactly the brand name is but it is Kosuku. This machine is totally different from these two. It is quite heavy. Their working condition is very brilliant.
01:27And just performance wise, I can't describe you what is the performance level of this machine. It only runs 6 years without any brush change. It is continuously working right now. It is an amazing product made by the Japanese Kosuku. But right now this product or this manufacturing is, I don't know why they stopped him. Why they discontinue their product.
01:51By the way, it is a wonderful machine. By the way, it is a wonderful machine. I have a brand new machine in the box pack which I am going to show you.
01:58This is Kosuku. You can see, it is clearly mentioned is made in Japan.
02:08Bene which you can see a strong integration.
02:13Now, performance wise is very good.
02:21Here's system and mechanics are very, very different from the others.
02:25This is sweeping technology.
02:34As you can see that,
02:35It's almost brand new. So we have backup for any type of working grander is going to be malfunctioned. So we have a spare grander available. So as you can see that it is almost 30 year old and I purchased in just in 20 dollars.
02:57I have three more granders like that which is new. It's an opportunity for me to buy all of them. And I am totally impressed with the quality and the performance. It is zero maintenance. It's about zero maintenance. I didn't even change the grease in five years. And they still perform very well.
03:17So here's the story. So guys let's discuss some other feature of this grander which I notice most. First thing is the temperature of this grander. When we are using granders hours and hours of operation which includes cutting of tiles, cutting of marbles, non-stop working of this machine.
03:41Obviously some granders getting too hot and they need rest. But this is exceptional. It's not getting too hot. This upper section of this head is quite getting cold. I don't know which type of grease inside and what type of grease Japanese they were using at that time. But this head is quite cold enough.
04:02Second feature which I notice is the body. Second feature which I notice is the body. I don't know which type of body is but it releases speed very fast. And it's quite heavy enough.
04:15The third feature in this angle grander is the carbon brushes inside. As you can see a high quality carbon installed in this machine. It can easily run up to two years without any check.
04:28The fourth feature of this angle grander is the button. I have a lot of experience about the malfunctioning of the button in other angle grander in Hitachi or Makita but this is exceptional button. It's just proof.
04:46So guys we have to see inside the box what are the accessories and the remainings of this grander.
04:51They come up with a protection gear like this also inside which is also made in Japan. But I recommend you do not use it. It's expired. The material is too risky and it is expired out of date.
05:07One key very heavy duty key and a check nut set.
05:11So guys time to end up this video. If you like it then please subscribe it. Time to power up this machine. Let's see what happen.
