And you can have smaller units, and you can have two or three people in there, rather than just one big one.

You know, I used to have a shop in Home Bay of 6,000 square feet.

And when it comes to the stage where, for instance, the shop was so big,

it was an ex-Tesco store,

but I wanted to convert it to smaller units.

Anyway, I shut it down in the end because the landlord wouldn't have it.

Because I believe in smaller ones for the small people.

Big stores are great for shopping, for ladies and gentlemen,

but not for the locals, really, I don't think.
