00:03And you can have smaller units, and you can have two or three people in there, rather than just one big one.

00:09You know, I used to have a shop in Home Bay of 6,000 square feet.

00:13And when it comes to the stage where, for instance, the shop was so big,

00:17it was an ex-Tesco store,

00:20but I wanted to convert it to smaller units.

00:24Anyway, I shut it down in the end because the landlord wouldn't have it.

00:28Because I believe in smaller ones for the small people.

00:31Big stores are great for shopping, for ladies and gentlemen,

00:36but not for the locals, really, I don't think.

00:39They like to look around in these smaller shops.
