00:40My name is David Goh, the Managing Director for Jamil Motors Asia.

00:45So, Abdul Laftab Jamil, we are an APO Middle Eastern conglomerate.

00:49We have a very strong focus in the auto businesses.

00:52We are in more in 10 different markets, representing more than 20 different brands.

00:57This week, in line with the Melbourne Auto Show, we launched Jamil Motors Australia,

01:03and in partnership with the first brand landing in Australia, Verizon.

01:09So, Verizon is a brand under the GELE group.

01:12It's a commercial vehicle brand.

01:15They are focused on the build and development of new energy vehicles only.

01:19Today, we have here a Verizon SV.

01:23At least stole the limelight before.

01:25She's going through the features already.

01:28But what we have here is a very cavernous 6.95 cubic meters from the short wheelbase version.

01:34The short wheelbase version is just under 5 meters long.

01:37We have unique in-segment features, such as a payload monitoring system.

01:42A V2L system as well, with three power points in the rear.

01:46Coming to the front of the vehicle,

01:51you'll see that the design on the front is very, very modern.

01:54We have seat heating and ventilation.

01:57This is also a segment first for a commercial vehicle.

02:00This here has an 83 kilowatt CATL LFP battery, giving you a range of 376 kilometers on the WLTP scale.

02:09Today, we're here to announce pricing.

02:12This van will start from $71,490 with a 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and an 8-year warranty on the battery.

02:22Moving up to the high roof version, the Messina van.

02:28This one gives an 11.22 cubic meter cargo capacity, same size battery with a range of 319 kilometers.

02:36And yes, Elise, you mentioned the no-B-pillar design.

02:41This one here is loaded with Messina goodies.

02:46The no-B-pillar, very unique.

02:49It's still a very safe vehicle.

02:51These vehicles are designed with safety and comfort in mind.

02:54In fact, from a safety perspective, it has scored a Euro NCAP Platinum Award.

02:59The highest score ever achieved by a commercial van and better than a Ford Transit.

03:03The reason for that is because it has 30 different active safety features.

03:08And comfort drives like an SUV, and as I mentioned, the seat heating and ventilation.

03:17So moving on to the truck.

03:22Jamil Motors are very excited to be showcasing a new electric truck in the market.

03:27What you see here is an 8-tonne short wheelbase with a 107 kilowatt-hour battery, giving you

03:33a range of 252 kilometers on the WLTP scale.

03:37Again, we're going to announce pricing today.

03:40This one here is a short wheelbase truck, starting at $149,900.

03:46We will also have a 4.5-tonne truck coming on very soon.

03:50Cab chassis version is $129,900, and the 4.5 with the cargo box is $139,900.

03:59Very very competitive pricing against what's already out there in the market.

04:04And we're very confident of its success in Australia.
