Sabete, Philips bag payback win  Jonah Sabete and MJ Phillips, members of the 2023 Petro Gazz team that lost to Creamline in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Finals, got their payback after winning the 2025 edition of the tournament.  Sabete hammered 16 points including the clincher while Phillips notched 15 in Game Three of the best-of-3 Finals at the PhilSports Arena on April 12, 2025. 00:06That time around, it didn't work for you. This time it did.

00:09So what did it take for Pedagas to change that story this time

00:13and finally get the better Greenline and win your first All-Filipino championship?

00:19I just think that we learned from the past and we came together.

00:23Even when times were tough, our backs were against the wall,

00:25we all made sure to stay together and be patient because our time was going to come.

00:30And thankfully it did. I'm just so proud of my team.
