00:00Russia and Ukraine's foreign ministers traded blows accusing each other's countries of violating a U.S.-brokered limited ceasefire.
00:10Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Andrey Sebiha have both accused each other of targeting energy sites in recent weeks.
00:18The blows were traded as the two top diplomats spoke at separate panels at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey.
00:24Lavrov says that the Kremlin has stuck to its word and not targeted any Ukrainian energy facilities since the 18th of March,
00:32when Putin agreed to a partial truce in a phone call with U.S. President Donald Trump.
00:38He added that Ukraine have attacked Russian energy infrastructure almost daily,
00:42noting that Moscow had compiled a list of targeted sites and shared it with the U.S., the U.N. and Turkey.
00:49Sebiha contested Lavrov's claims and accused Moscow of not being serious about peace.
00:56The Ukrainian top diplomat said that in the past few weeks, Russia had launched almost 70 missiles,
01:01over 2,000 drones and 6,000 guided bombs targeting mostly civilian areas.
