Quand il était enfant, Bary Allen a assisté au meurtre de sa mère par une force mystérieuse et à l'inculpation de son père pour ce crime qu'il n'a pas commis. Devenu scientifique et policier, il a pour but d'innocenter son père. Un contact malencontreux avec un accélérateur de particules en pleine explosion le plonge dans un coma de neuf mois dont il renaît, doté de la capacité de courir aussi vite que la foudre. Une nouvelle aventure de super-héros dérivée de la série "Arrow", avec Grant Justin, qui a fait ses classes dans "Glee".
