Rory McIlroy confident ahead of The Masters after strong start to season

Rory McIlroy is heading into The Masters full of confidence after two victories at Pebble Beach and Sawgrass.

00:02As you said, it's been a nice way to start the year

00:05with the two victories at Pebble Beach and Sawgrass.

00:10You know, had a decent showing last time

00:12when I played at Houston a couple of weeks ago.

00:14Had a good weekend.

00:15And then, yeah, I've had a couple of visits up here.

00:19And that's, you know, it's been, you know,

00:22I'm very glad to do that,

00:23especially with the weather yesterday.

00:24So, yeah, it's been a really good sort of lead into it.

00:33You know, spent a week at home and had Michael Bannon over

00:36and we were doing some practice and, you know,

00:38played quite a bit of golf and tried to stay as sharp as I could.

00:42So, yeah, it's been a good week.

00:44And obviously, you know, looking forward

00:46to getting this thing going on Thursday.
