00:00You have talked about your physical capacity and age.

00:03Look at a river or look at a tree.

00:05Both have life cycles.

00:07Once the tree was tender and young,

00:10there was a particular way it responded to the wind

00:12and now the tree is getting old.

00:15Now there is another way it responds to the wind.

00:18Both are beautiful.

00:19You don't have to emulate somebody else.

00:21You just have to avoid resisting the wind.

00:24Please get the difference.

00:26The older tree does not have to say that

00:28I must still be supple and flexible and dancing

00:33like the younger tree.

00:35It cannot do that.

00:36It's now physically incapable of doing that.

00:39It's grown old.

00:40There is a lot of bark.

00:41It's not as tender and as flexible anymore.

00:44If it tries to bend too much and dance around,

00:47probably it will break.

00:48But it can still love the wind and offer no resistance to it.
