00:37these workers are now not only getting loans on toolkits and easy conditions according to their skills,
00:42but they are also being given business education.
00:45This is now making these workers self-reliant

00:53This scheme is not only providing employment,
00:56but is also giving social respect to these workers.
01:00Under this scheme, the workers are given one-week training.
01:04After completing the training, they are given Rs. 4000 and a certificate from MSME.
01:10After this, they are given a toolkit and Rs. 1 lakh of development aid.
01:15In the next phase, the government is considering providing these workers with 15 days of training and Rs. 2 lakh of development aid.
