00:00There's no talk unless they pay us a lot of money on a yearly basis.

00:04I don't want anything to go down.

00:06But sometimes you have to take medicine to fix something.

00:09I spoke to a lot of leaders, European, Asian, from all over the world.

00:14They're dying to make a deal.

00:16But I said, we're not going to have deficits with your country.

00:20We're not going to do that because to me a deficit is a loss.

00:24We're going to have surpluses or at worst going to be breaking even.

00:28We will be taking in over a trillion dollars over the next

00:32short period of time with the tariffs that I've already instituted.

00:37They're already in place.

00:38Now, what's going to happen with the market?

00:39I can't tell you, but I can tell you our country has gotten a lot stronger.

00:44But I do want to solve the deficit problem that we have with China,

00:48with the European Union and other nations.

00:51And they're going to have to do that.

00:53And if they want to talk about that, I'm open to talking.

00:55But otherwise, why would I want to talk?

00:58They want to talk, but there's no talk unless they pay us a lot of money on a yearly basis.
