00:06at home with this team. I feel like I can make a difference but build an

00:12environment that I want to be in and the players want to be in and yes I think

00:18it's pushing me to new heights but some of that is because when you're at a club

00:22level you can't breathe. You've got a game every three days, you're on the road

00:26and in between camps I can be so much more intentional whether that's

00:30analysing games, whether that's developing my own leadership. Most

00:35importantly I'm really enjoying it, really enjoying it.
