00:37So it's actually, the app is already illegal, but no one is being punished for use of the

00:43app.

00:44I think he will continue to extend the grace period where there's no kind of punishment

00:51until he's actually able to close some kind of deal.

00:54But what people have suggested from behind the scenes is that we are in fact getting

01:01closer and closer to a deal, although it is far likely to be less tough on ByteDance and

01:07the Chinese government than what was originally proposed.
