00:00Qu'est-ce qui m'a challengé en tant que mère au travail et que fais-je pour lutter contre ça ?
00:04Parfois, c'est vraiment effrayant.
00:08Mais je pense qu'il faut nous donner de la grâce.
00:10Prenons un bref respiration profonde et arrêtons-le.
00:12Arrêtez, ralentissez le monde.
00:14J'aime prier. Je pense que la prière est vraiment importante.
00:16La prière me donne la paix dans les moments où j'en ai besoin le plus.
00:19Et puis je dirais que je planifie des choses qui me sentent bien.
00:23Que ce soit en regardant un défilé que j'aime.
00:25J'aime mes nuits de date. Je sais que vous savez que je parle de ça tout le temps.
00:29J'aime mes nuits avec Russ.
00:31On se connecte comme parents et on récapitule notre monde.
00:35Parfois, j'ai besoin de me placer sur son côté.
00:38Je me dis que je me sens comme ça.
00:40Je sais qu'on n'est pas seul sur la voyage.
00:42Que ce soit avec ton amour ou avec tes amis.
00:45Et ce qui est vraiment incroyable dans le cercle des mères,
00:48ce que j'ai appris, c'est que beaucoup d'entre nous passent par les mêmes choses.
00:52Ça me fait aussi bien de savoir que je ne suis pas seule sur la voyage.
00:56C'est une voyage où on essaie de trouver tout.
00:59Quand il s'agit d'être une mère, de travailler et d'atteindre nos objectifs en tant qu'homme.
01:05C'est important pour nous, les mères, d'aimer nous-mêmes.
01:08Je pense que continuer à remplir mon verre avec les choses que j'aime
01:11et les choses qui sont authentiques pour moi sont vraiment importantes.
