00:27to support the government's programs when it comes to the conservation of nature and the fight against climate change.
00:33In Region 2, CSU built the first Electromobility Research and Development Center
00:39funded by DOST for e-trike technology.
00:42Some of the places where e-trike has been shown are Batanes, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Apayao, Quirino, Kalinga, and Iloilo.
00:50The target is to be shown this year in Mindanao, particularly in General Santos City, Bukidnon, Zamboanga, and Basilan.
00:58Aside from their well-known 6 plus 1 passenger e-trike,
01:01CSU is also encouraging the use of C-trike or electric tricycle which is cheaper than the traditional tricycle.
01:08Based on our research, the operation cost and maintenance cost of our electric tricycle will be cheaper
01:16because the moving parts of our electric tricycle are lesser.
01:24Currently, there are four technology adapters in the project.
01:28Two from Isabela, one from Cebu, and one from Pasay City.
01:32The large battery in the e-trike can run up to 100 kilometers every day.
01:39There is no noise, no smoke.
01:41That's why C-trike is an environmentally friendly vehicle.
