New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn says he's more than happy to operate quietly after releasing quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

00:45pre-agency grades, they have grades on draft grades.

00:49And when you go back and look at them, they don't really mean ****.

00:51So the only thing that makes the difference is what you do during
