Home Secretary Yvette Cooper greeted counterparts from France, Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on the steps of Lancaster House, at a summit that aims to discuss the best ways to tackle migrant smuggling gangs and criminal networks.
