China Sends 30 Warplanes, Eight Naval Ships Near Taiwan

Taiwan's defense ministry says 30 Chinese military aircraft and eight naval vessels were operating near Taiwan over a 24-hour period ending Friday morning. It said 20 of those aircraft crossed the Taiwan Strait median line and entered Taiwan's air defense identification zone, or ADIZ.
