01:30We can only take advantage of this location when we have a regional peace.

01:36We have good relations with China and are getting better.

01:43Afghanistan has got a hope of peace after a long time.

01:57When my government came, we tried our best to solve all our issues.

02:03Our issue is basically Kashmir.

02:05How can we solve it through dialogue and build a civilised relationship like neighbours?

02:20There was a total breakdown between the two countries.

02:24We still hope that the Kashmiris,

02:30the United Nations Security Council has given them the right to decide their own lives.

02:39If they give the right, it is as beneficial for India as it is for Pakistan.

02:46If it goes towards peace through dialogue,

02:53if it goes towards the Kashmir resolution, then the whole area changes.

02:57Both countries benefit from this.

03:02India benefits because there is a lot of poverty there.

03:06If we want to get rid of poverty, then our trading ties and economic ties should be strong.

03:14Our regional connectivity should be strong.

03:16India will benefit and it will connect to Central Asia.

03:19This is the only issue that has stopped us so far.

03:24We will try our best, but India will have to take the first step.

03:30Until they take the first step, we will not be able to move forward.
