00:57When the National Disaster Act is in effect, then the people who come,

01:02whether to quarantine them, or put them in paid quarantine, or put them in home quarantine,

01:11The Indian government has taken a one-sided decision that on 25th May air travel will start,

01:18air services will start, and from 1st June rail services will start.

01:23And when thousands of people will arrive in every state, then it will be very difficult to handle the state.

01:32When air services, rail services, and inter-state bus services will start,

01:37then there will be no meaning of lockdown.

01:40Either it will be completely opened, or it will be assumed that there is no lockdown.

01:45On the other hand, the National Disaster Act is in effect,

01:51so the decision that the Indian government makes, we have to accept it.

01:54Whether we want to open jewelry shops or not, whether we want to open a spa or not,

02:00whether we want to open a gym or not, whether we want to open a saloon or not,

02:03all these are the orders of the Indian government.

02:06But the way the migrant workers are coming now,

02:18the workers of our state who went to other states,

02:23some of them are infected and are coming.

02:26What is the impact of COVID-19?

02:34As soon as we got information that the impact of COVID-19 is going to increase,

02:40and this COVID-19 is coming from the air.

02:45So, all the foreigners who came to our Chhattisgarh after 1st March,

02:50we kept them all in home quarantine.

02:53We took samples of everyone.

02:55And as soon as we found out, the first case came on 18th March.

03:00On that day, the whole of Chhattisgarh was implemented.

03:03And the lockdown was implemented on 21st March.

03:09And along with that, the second step that we took,

03:13people's daily necessities, whether it is vegetables, fruits, milk, grains,

03:21we continued to provide them.

03:24Whether it is petrol, diesel, gas, medicines,

03:30we continued to provide them.

03:32We worked in this direction so that the numbers of people remain the same.

03:37And we did not stop the work of MNREGA in the rural areas.

03:41And because of this, most of the MNREGA workers are working in Chhattisgarh.

03:46We kept informing people about Corona.

03:49And this is the reason that no one has died in Chhattisgarh yet.

03:53And there are statistics as well.

03:55We were successful in limiting it.

03:57So, if we move forward with this mantra,

04:00the situation in the rural areas was such that

04:03outside the village, they tied a rope.

04:06They dug holes and put poles.

04:09Or they cut down the trees and put them on the road

04:14so that no one can enter the village and no one can go out.

04:18There are many ways to save lives here.

04:22And that is why Chhattisgarh is saving itself from the adverse effects of Corona.
